Καλημέρα. Εγγράφηκα στο rollino και ενεργοποίησα το 200% μπόνους πρώτης κατάθεσης, έκανα την ελάχιστη κατάθεση των 110 ρεάλ και άρχισα να παίζω. Όταν ολοκλήρωσα το rollover και πήγα να κάνω ανάληψη, έπρεπε να επαληθεύσω τον λογαριασμό, έστειλα το δίπλωμα οδήγησης, selfie με έγγραφο και τα δύο επαληθεύτηκαν και έγιναν δεκτά, όταν πήγα να στείλω απόδειξη διεύθυνσης είχα πολλές επιλογές (τραπεζικό αντίγραφο, πληρωμή δελτίο, λογαριασμοί νερού, ρεύμα, ίντερνετ, τιμολόγια...), αποφάσισα ότι θα στείλω το αντίγραφο κίνησης από την τράπεζά μου (Nubank) ή το τιμολόγιο για τον λογαριασμό internet (παροχέας Oi), δεν το έλεγξα σε αυτές τις επιλογές Επέλεξα τραπεζικό αντίγραφο και τιμολόγιο από internet, δεν υπήρχε η διεύθυνσή μου, μόνο το όνομά μου και τα στοιχεία μου. Έστειλα λοιπόν ένα αντίγραφο τραπεζικού λογαριασμού το οποίο δεν έγινε αποδεκτό, μετά προσπάθησα να στείλω το τιμολόγιο μέσω διαδικτύου, το οποίο επίσης δεν έγινε αποδεκτό. Αφού συνειδητοποίησα ότι κανένας δεν έγινε αποδεκτός, χρειάστηκε πολλή προσπάθεια για να βρω ένα τιμολόγιο που έδειχνε τη διεύθυνσή μου, αλλά όταν πήγα να το στείλω, υπήρχε ένα μήνυμα στην περιοχή επαλήθευσης για να επικοινωνήσω με τη ζωντανή συνομιλία. Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και μου είπαν να επικοινωνήσω με την υποστήριξη μέσω email kyc@rollino.co (μου απάντησαν ακριβώς τώρα στις 11:04 ώρα Μπραζίλια και είπαν ότι είναι τελική απόφαση και δεν μπορούν να επιστρέψουν). Όταν πήγα να συνδεθώ στον λογαριασμό μου, υπήρχε ένα μήνυμα ότι ο λογαριασμός μου είχε απενεργοποιηθεί από τον διαχειριστή και μου είπαν ξανά να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους μέσω ζωντανής συνομιλίας και email. Bom dia. Eu fiz o cadastro na rollino, e ativei o bônus de primeiro depósito de 200% , fiz o depósito mínimo de 110 reais e comecei a jogar. Quando finalizei o rollover e fui sacar , tinha que verificar a conta , enviei meu documento de habilitação, selfie com documento e os dois foram verificados e aceitos, quando fui mandar o comprovante de endereço tinha várias opções ( extrato bancário, contracheque, contas de água, luz , internet, faturas... ), decidi que eu iria mandar o extrato do meu banco ( Nubank ) ou a fatura da conta de internet ( provedora Oi ), eu não conferi que nessas opções que escolhi extrato do banco e fatura da internet, não havia meu endereço, somente meu nome e meus dados. Então eu enviei um extrato de banco que não foi aceito, aí tentei enviar a fatura de internet, que também não foi aceito. Depois que percebi que nenhum estava sendo aceito, com muiito custo consegui achar uma fatura que mostrava meu endereço, mas quando fui enviar tinha uma mensagem na área de verificação para eu entrar em contato com o chat ao vivo; entrei em contato e me disseram para entrar em contato com o suporte através do email kyc@rollino.co ( me responderam exatamente agora 11:04 horário de Brasília, e disseram que é uma decisão final e não podem voltar atrás ). Quando fui entrar na minha conta, tinha uma mensagem que minha conta tinha sido desativada pelo administrador, e novamente mandou entrar em contato pelo chat ao vivo e email. Eu peço por favor para que resolvam meu caso. Eu confirmei minha identidade com o documento e a selfie, foram aceitar com o sinal de ✔️. Peço por favor que me ajudem.
