Προφανώς είμαι ένας άλλος πελάτης που απατήθηκε από τη Magic Win.
Έκανα την απόσυρσή μου στις 23 Ιανουαρίου. Δηλαδή ενάμιση μήνα μετά και ακόμα περιμένω.
Έχω χάσει τον αριθμό των φορών που επικοινώνησα μαζί τους. Στην αρχή μέσω chat μου είπαν ότι μπορεί να πάρει 7-21 μέρες... Και τώρα που πέρασε τόσος καιρός μου λένε απλά να περιμένω.
Όσο για τα email, απλώς με αγνοούν. Δεν απαντούν ποτέ και είμαι ήδη απελπισμένος.
Ο λογαριασμός μου έχει επαληθευτεί σωστά και δεν έχω χρησιμοποιήσει μπόνους ή κάτι παρόμοιο.
Επισυνάπτω στιγμιότυπα οθόνης μιας από τις πολλές συνομιλίες που είχα μέσω συνομιλίας. Λένε πάντα το ίδιο πράγμα και με αγνοούν μέσω email.

Apparently I am another customer scammed by Magic Win.
I made my withdrawal on January 23rd. That is, a month and a half later and I am still waiting.

Al parecer soy otro cliente más estafado por parte de Magic Win.
Realicé mi retirada el día 23 de enero. Es decir, un mes y medio después y sigo esperando.
He perdido la cuenta de las veces que he contactado con ellos. Por el chat, al principio me decía que podían demorar entre 7-21 días... Y ahora que ha pasado tanto tiempo, me dicen simplemente que espere.
En cuanto a los emails, directamente me ignoran. Nunca contestan y ya estoy desesperado.
Mi cuenta está correctamente verificada y no he utilizado ningún bono ni nada por el estilo.
