Η CEG Curaçau E Gaming ανάγκασε τις Casino BetOnRed και Uno Digital Media BV να επιστρέψουν 820 € την περασμένη εβδομάδα για τον ίδιο λόγο. Εάν υπάρχουν επαρκή στοιχεία και ο πελάτης έχει δίκιο, η ρυθμιστική αρχή θα βοηθήσει!
αλλά σε αυτήν την περίπτωση όπως και με την Antillephone NV και η ομάδα Complaince είναι η Emoore NV.. και οι δύο με πολύ κακή φήμη.. σπάνια απαντούν σε κανέναν. Όμως η υπόθεση των Roku και BetTilt έχει ήδη παραδοθεί στη ρυθμιστική οντότητα... αλλά η Antillephone NV δεν έχει ακόμη αποφανθεί ούτε έχει απαντήσει

Não é verdade isso, a KGC Kahnawake Gaming Commission obrigou a Leon e Twin Casino, do Grupo Moonlite N.V a devolver todo o dinheiro depositado na casa porque ficou provado que já estava auto excluído no passado. A CEG Curaçau E Gaming obrigou o Casino BetOnRed and Uno Digital Media B.V. a devolver 820€ a semana passada pelo mesmo motivo. Se existirem provas suficientes e o cliente tiver razão, a entidade reguladora ajuda!
mas neste caso como é com a Antillephone N.V e a equipa de Complaince é a Emoore NV.. ambas com muito má reputação.. raramente respondem a alguém. Mas o caso da Roku e BetTilt já está entregue á entidade reguladora.. mas a Antillephone N.V ainda não deu a decisão nem respondem
