Well, seems like Skrill is not an instant payment option anymore for now 🙂.


If the casino fails to send you the winnings in the next 13 days, I'd submit the complaint, though I hope you are not going to need that. 🤞

Maybe this is the case when the casino uses third-party services, so it can take a few days to catch up with the payment provider, or they are short on staff now, because of Christmas. If this is the first time, something unusal probably occured 🤔.

Like other user said here, this casino is not advisable. Waste of time, only used it like two times. Live support staff hits you with an attitude and gets pressed if you match their energy, can't even blame them, they probably don't get paid enough. They promote their bonuses here in casino guru and that's the only reason why I gave them a chance: big mistake 😆

Would be great to rate the quality of casino support and the chat operator's attitude. At the moment, this is not exactly part of the reviews. I see the main problem in the fact such qualities depend on the individuals you're dealing with. Hence the results would probably vary a lot.

They are lottery scammers. I received an email in which it is clear that I put my nickname in the wrong place on telegram. And the lottery is won by the guy who put it in the same place. Just to be sure, I checked the main thread and indeed his nickname wasn't there. The second issue is that I allegedly re-tweeted a minute before the end of the lottery, which is not true, because I did it 5-6 minutes before the end. Not only have I lost a lot of money there, but they cheat me at every turn. This is the second time in history where I have been cheated in this lottery.filefile

Hm I would say that sometimes an coincidence can really happen, even if it is very rare. For example, I once won 2 times in a row also in a draw when thousands of people were involved, so I believe in such luck. Of course, I guess that you will certainly follow it further and if the same name keeps popping up, don't hesitate to let us know. I think it will probably not be a total coincidence then. 🤔

They are the most insane scammers I've ever seen in my life.

This is my 4th session in this casino based on bonus buys, where at some point the slot was simply turned off and did not collect multipliers or collected them with great difficulty, and of course only the smallest ones.

This is the end of my story with these scammers. I hate them and I'm fed up with them.
