I would like to answer this question but I have a feeling that they will have such rules. The best thing to do would be to ask support why this is the case and inquire. I would be quite curious to hear the response. Are you going to try it ?

Definitely not 🚫😔. I don't want to waiting one month, to them approval my withdrawing. And i certainly don't want to be as others players, whose waste theirs time contacting live support and listening some nonsense from operators. Lucky owl club is a scam, and that's a fact.

No, I'm not interested in pursuing this matter further. Dealing with companies like SLOTHUB and this one, which appear to deliberately stall payouts, seems to be a setup designed to take advantage of players. In my opinion, filing a complaint would be a waste of time. These kinds of businesses seem to operate on a model where they're not inclined to pay players, and I don't see much benefit in engaging further in a process that seems unlikely to yield a positive outcome.

That's a pity because I think a player doesn't get anything for trying and even if it didn't work out you could say that you did something to get your money. But I'm certainly not going to force you to do anything. 

If you change your mind, I think you know where to find us.

Lucky Owl club is a complete con, welcome bonuses are not redeemable and just dissappear, the chat staff are slow and unhelpful, stay away from this casino.

Hello, I can see that you don't have the best experience in this casino. 

As for the bonuses, did you try to ask live chat what is the problem that they can not be redeemed and disappear ? I assume that since you say that the chat staff are unhelpful, they didn't help you in this situation, but if that's not the case, you can tell me what else you've dealt with.
