Found it. Was a good step to take. As I mention, the casino should now provide solid proof you abused bonuses by creating additional accounts otherwise, I would find that strongly unfair. Checked the complaint briefly, and if I'm not mistaken, only the older account has been verified yet you have never withdrawn from this account before because the verification itself lasted for over a month, right?

Furthermore, you wrote you have never taken any bonus, is that so? Makes me question the bonus abuse again, though I do not know any details.

I hope you won't find it inappropriate if I paste here a link to a guide explaining how bonus abuse works - may be handy for other players.

I say we should wait for the complaint to develop further.

I checked the complaint briefly, and I feel you believe the casino should prevent you from depositing the moment they realized there is another account with the same details. Well, it is stated in the rules that only one account is allowed, furthermore, I'm not exactly sure the casino had known the moment you deposited, you wrote that yourself: "I played again and again many times since then and now that I won they found the excuse that I have another account in communication with them, they didn't even know when the second account was opened"

All of this ensures me we should wait a bit for further progress.

I'd say we should consider whether the same credentials or depositing method was used and when. Since the way I see it the second account has not been verified, I still feel the casino wouldn't know. So, think this is not about doing their job better, but about when and how the casino took the second account into the consideration. You know the process of registration is usually pretty straightforward, so some similarities are recognized after the first deposit - not sooner. If the second account used a completely different email address, and slightly different names (like using the middle name instead of the first name), the system simply didn't recognize the similarities. For further assessment, we should see the casino's explanation first.
