Well, yes, that's probably why the casino suspects multiple accounts and that's probably why they took your winnings. Therefore, I was wondering if you know of anyone who also has an account at the casino and plays on the same wifi or similar.
If not, then as I said, I would try a complaint and see what our team finds out.

Personally, I would say that if such reviews are out there and the players already have an understanding of how things work, they won't trust them. Of course there are those who do, but we also detect when players try to come up and write a review that isn't completely honest. So for those who want to play in any casino it is best to check information from different sources, because they may differ and then I would probably not play there. 🙂

Try buddy but in all honesty your beating your head off a brick wall. They are supposedly licenced in some part off east Africa. I have tried loads off avenues to get my coin back to no avail. They basically can do what they want as no one to answer to. Curaçao wouldn't renew it and sister sites licence as complaints where mounting by the day.

Apparently they have a curacao license now but they said "it's on hold", yet are still operating
They have no Curaçao licence. Them and sister sites where not renewed because off scamming and fraudulent activity. They claim to be licensed in East Africa

I have been on velobet since May and I am still withdrawing my money monthly and I have received every penny so far and I'm from the UK so I cannot really say a bad word about them yet. I didnt think I would receive it but so far I have taken out about 30k.
Didn't you mention them using cloned slots/not being authorized by the appropriate service providers? Have you got any evidence on this? They shouldn't be letting anyone from the UK or anywhere else open accounts at the moment as their license is "on hold" or pending, even then with a Curacao license they're not authorised in the UK. Anyone know of any address for the goldenbet offices or their "parent company" Santeda international B.V.?
The only address listed on their website takes me to a mall in Curacao, and I did find a Cypriot address in my sleuthing but that took me to a lighthouse on the coast of Cyprus in larnaca, can only find the name Andreas Andreou linked to that "branch" or santeda, whoever that is

Why do you need to get hold of them so bad? Have they kept funds from you or closed your account for a reason?
They're withholding some funds, I can't cash out due to them illegally offering me gambling services when they're not authorised in the UK, so SEPA is out of the question, and as far as crypto is concerned I don't dabble in that so essentially my money is stuck, at this point I'd be happy with a refund to get my funds back that I deposited but customer support on their end basically said F U, you signed up so it's your problem

I withdraw from Velobet via SEPA all the time and it takes 36 hours to process and usually hits your account the same day. If they let you sign up there is no reason they would decline a SEPA withdrawal as long as your fully verified
I'm not using velobet, plus when I try to use SEPA the website says it's not available to my bank, so I'm stuck, I assure you I've tried working it out with them, and after doing research have even pointed out they've operated illegally, they've essentially said that's a you problem and closed the issue on their end

What bank are you using I manage to use SEPA all the time and I have done with goldenbet aswell. Why don't you withdraw Via Bitcoin it only takes 10mins to sign up to coinbase. I have seen some people struggle with nationwide SEPA withdrawal.
Bingo, i'm with nationwide, as for crypto i don't trust it, i honestly just want my money back at this point but they're not playing ball, they shouldn't have even let me register an account in all honesty, illegal/negligent business practice on their part
I'm sorry for stepping in, but have you tried to enforce chargebacks? Even though I'm not a fan of this behaviour myself, many players from your country do it, especially if they are concerned about the missing UKGC license.
