Το email του καζίνο Cusco και οι υπάλληλοι στη ζωντανή συνομιλία δεν απαντούν στο αίτημά μου από τον περασμένο μήνα στο αίτημά μου για επιστροφή χρημάτων, η κατάσταση συνεχίζεται εδώ και ένα μήνα, έδωσα όλα τα στοιχεία μου και δεν έλαβα τίποτα πίσω, όχι μέσω email και τίποτα μέσω ζωντανής συνομιλίας δεν είναι πρόθυμοι να συνεργαστούν με το αίτημα επιστροφής χρημάτων μου από πριν από ένα μήνα αφορά ένα ποσό 580 ευρώ που δεν επιτρέπεται να δεχτούν επειδή είμαι Ολλανδός παίκτης λειτουργούν παράνομα δεν έχουν άδεια για αυτό και επιπλέον είμαι καταχωρημένος στα cruks και είμαι γνωστός ως προβληματικός παίκτης γνωρίζουν γι 'αυτό υποδεικνύουν μέσω trustpilot ότι είναι πρόθυμοι να συνεργαστούν μέσω email εάν τους στείλω ένα email απευθείας πρώτα έδωσαν ρητά λάθος διεύθυνση email αλλά Είχα ήδη στείλει email στο σωστό άτομο εκεί πριν, είχα ήδη υποβάλει το αίτημα και είχα στείλει τα πάντα όσον αφορά τα δεδομένα, τότε τους στέλνετε μερικά ακόμη email κατόπιν αιτήματός τους εδώ μέσω Trustpilot ότι θέλουν να συνεργαστούν, αλλά ακόμα δεν υπάρχει απάντηση στο δικό μου καθόλου email και όχι ακόμα κι αν το ζητήσετε ξανά στη ζωντανή συνομιλία, ο den δεν είναι επίσης διατεθειμένος να απαντήσει μέσω της ζωντανής συνομιλίας και έχει κάνει αρκετές εκτυπώσεις για αυτό τον περασμένο μήνα, μέχρι σήμερα δεν έχω λάβει το δικό μου επιστροφή χρημάτων, καμία ενημέρωση δεν έλαβε επιστροφή χρημάτων μέσω email και δεν έλαβε καμία βοήθεια μέσω ζωντανής υποστήριξης. Η μόνη λύση που θα με κάνει να σταματήσω να το αναφέρω είναι να λάβω τα χρήματά μου πίσω στον αριθμό του τραπεζικού μου λογαριασμού το συντομότερο δυνατό. Αφορά όλες τις καταθέσεις μου γύρω στα 580 ευρώ. τον προηγούμενο μήνα Μάρτιο που κατατέθηκαν και άρα έπιασαν έναν προβληματικό παίκτη χωρίς άδεια από ένα cruks και γνωρίζοντας αυτό, να προσέχετε άτομα, είναι απατεώνες

I am really sorry about this situation of yours. When exactly have you open an account at this casino, if I may ask? As far as I can see, the casino operates under the Gaming Curaçao (GC), but does not accept players from the Netherlands.🤔

They answered only when everybody can read with the situation but nothing at my emails and nothing with my conversation at their live support and message what i leave behind they lied that they are willing to help me they dont wanna help me already a month nothing send me back at my emails or live chat

Yes ive wait already 1.5month almost and still not answers from cuscocasino i think they blocked me from support and email i hope they refund me soon in a couple days because i wait already long enough its time now
