O vosso colega Nick rejeitou a reabertura da queixa! Mesmo com todas as provas… mesmo estando escrito nos termos e condições do site, está nas próprias regras de auto-exclusão do site da BETTILT que ao pedir exclusão o jogador reconhece que está automaticamente excluído de todos os Casinos da Abudantia B.V. Fico muito triste porque pensava que o casinoguru era um site diferente e imparcial. Afinal parece-me que também estão juntos com o Casino e com Antillephone. Se quisessem mesmo ajudar não faziam estas coisas! O vosso colega que fechou a reclamação da BetTilt não foi nada profissional durante todo o processo da reclamação, foi rude, não ajudou em nada e só me fez desesperar mais! Se o intuito é ajudar, fez tudo menos isso! Por outro lado a Petronela com a mesma queixa, está a ser extremamente profissional… a analisar o caso ao fundo. E de facto descobriu que eu tenho razão e o Casino está a mentir desde o início! Acho que deveriam fazer uma investigação ao vosso colega Nick, parece-me estar a tentar beneficiar o grupo Abudantia B.V. a eMoore N.V. e a Antillephone.
Comportamento vergonhoso… que fique aqui bem explícito para todos lerem, que o Nick do CasinoGuru, não deu importância nenhuma ao meu caso, não me quis ajudar e fechou a reclamação 2 vezes á força. Irei escrever uma reclamação sobre o que aconteceu aqui no Trustpilot. Vergonhoso para todos os jogadores viciados, é suposto tentarem nos ajudar… acho que a Petronela tem que ensinar melhor o Nick!
