Έχω μια περίπτωση στοιχήματος 20, με το να μην μπορώ να κάνω ανάληψη. Βλέπω ότι είναι κάτι που συμβαίνει συνήθως σε πολλούς από εμάς που δοκιμάζουμε αυτό το στοιχηματικό οίκο.
Συνοπτικά: Έκανα κατάθεση με πιστωτική κάρτα VISA, αργότερα ήθελα να κάνω ανάληψη και δεν είναι ενεργή πιστωτική κάρτα VISA, μόνο MASTERCARD. Αργότερα έκανα κατάθεση με MASTERCARD, δεν μπορούσα να κάνω ανάληψη γιατί δεν είχα βάλει στοιχήματα με αυτή την κατάθεση, συνέχισα να κάνω, προσπάθησα ξανά και δυστυχώς απορρίφθηκε αμέσως.
Η απάντηση της Bet20 ήταν: δοκιμάστε μια άλλη μέθοδο, δεν δίνουν περαιτέρω συμβουλές για το ποιες μέθοδοι είναι συμβατές ή μπορούν να επιλεγούν.
Αυτή τη στιγμή έχω δοκιμάσει με κρυπτονόμισμα, αλλά έχω και προβλήματα, αφού έστειλα την κατάθεση, την παίρνω από Bitcoin αλλά δεν φτάνει στον λογαριασμό μου στο 20 Bet.

I have a 20 bet case, with not being able to withdraw. I see that it is something that normally happens to many of us who try this betting house.
In summary: I deposited with a VISA credit card, later I wanted to withdraw and a VISA credit card is not active, only MASTERCARD. Tengo un caso de 20 bet, con no poder retirar. Veo que es algo que normalmente nos sucede a muchas personas que probamos esta casa de apuesta.
En resumén: Ingresé deposito con tarjeta de crédito VISA, posteriormente quise retirar y no se encuentra activa una tarjeta de cr´édito VISA, solo MASTERCARD. Posteriormente reallice un deposito con MASTERCARD, no pude retirar porque no había realizado apuestas con ese deposito, proseguí a realizar, intenté nuevamente y lamentablemente me la rechazó de inmediato.
La respuesta de bet20 fue: intente con otro método, realmente no dan un mayor asesoramiento de qué metodos son compatibles o se puede optar.
Actualmente he intentado con una criptomoneda, pero también tengo problemas, ya que envié el deposito, me sale efectuado de parte de Bitcoin pero no me llega a mi cuenta de 20 Bet.
Esto es un resumén, he pasado días tratando de solventar con ellos, pero no me dan mayor respuesta, solo que intenté con otros métodos sin tratar de personalizar o ayudarme.
Es bastante frustrante.
