I honestly think this is a really solid casino for the average person. I've found myself playing here and basically nowhere else for a while.

I love the UI, it's simple and smooth. It's got all the games. Chat is always there and responsive. Bonuses are frequent and have reasonable rollover. If you play a lot you also get a VIP manager who sometimes gives no-deposit bonuses and stuff.

The only caveat is cash outs take a few days and have a 500 limit, but they always arrive without any issues. Pretty typical for a smaller casino. For me it's not a big problem and can even help not going overboard with gambling, but I know not everyone has the patience.

It is not possible to withdraw with same method as you deposited with.
I deposited with crypto but they dont let me withdraw with the same method.
They ask me to choose another option which made me try an e-wallet instead but then that methiod is not possible to deopist with instead.
When i tried withdrawing to my bank instead they ask me for another deposit.
I would save my money from this casino and spend it at another more established and trust worthy casino.
Keep in mind that every time you do a deposit you need to wager it 3x as well making it very lucrative for the casino.

Τα κέρδη του παίκτη μειώθηκαν άδικα.

Ο παίκτης από τη Γερμανία είχε καταθέσει 910 ευρώ στο Slota, έλαβε ένα μπόνους 800 ευρώ και εκπλήρωσε όλες τις προϋποθέσεις στοιχηματισμού. Ωστόσο, το συνολικό υπόλοιπό του είχε μειωθεί από 6400 ευρώ σε 1000 ευρώ λόγω ενός νέου κανόνα μέγιστου εξαργύρωσης που ισχυρίστηκε ότι δεν ίσχυε όταν έκανε την κατάθεσή του. Ζήτησε διευκρινίσεις για το θέμα. Το ζήτημα επιλύθηκε καθώς τα κατασχεθέντα κέρδη των 5388 ευρώ πιστώθηκαν πίσω στον λογαριασμό του και έλαβε επιτυχώς συνολική πληρωμή 3500 ευρώ. Η καταγγελία είχε πλέον κλείσει καθώς το υπόλοιπο ποσό αναμενόταν να καταβληθεί σύντομα.

Ο λογαριασμός του παίκτη έχει κλείσει.

Ο παίκτης από τη Φινλανδία προσπάθησε να κάνει ανάληψη χρημάτων αφού έκανε μια κατάθεση για ένα μπόνους καλωσορίσματος, αλλά αντιμετώπισε προβλήματα με την επαλήθευση του λογαριασμού. Αφού ανέβασε μια απόδειξη πληρωμής που αρχικά είχε περικοπεί, ο λογαριασμός του τελικά έκλεισε επειδή δεν έγινε επαλήθευση εντός 30 ημερών, με αποτέλεσμα την απώλεια όλων των κερδών του. Η Ομάδα Παραπόνων δεν μπόρεσε να προχωρήσει σε περαιτέρω έρευνα λόγω έλλειψης απάντησης από τον παίκτη, γεγονός που οδήγησε στο κλείσιμο της καταγγελίας.
