This casino must be joke or totally amateur running.
I log in by bank and deposit same time. Casino takes money from my bank and ask my details, email, create password etc and next log me out.
Whe i try to log in "user not found"

I ask support service and guy just ask my username and say he dont found my account and email.
He say i am on wrong casino site!!
Even i just deposit...

I explain exactly how i deposit and show screenshots etc. He dont help anything, just ask my username again and again, what i dont have ( because bank log in).
Finally i investigate website and try again by bank and can log in with bank details.

So support service dont even know how them casino log in works.
Closure right after realize how amateur managed casino this is.

Something wrong even deposit's on this casino. I make 2 deposit both takes many days to credited to my account. Last one 11 days.

One time winning and withdrawal takes long time.
Get some free spins once a week. One time get nice win from bonus money and meet full wager 100% bonus . Happily make withdrawal but casino takes all winning away and return only 10% of winning back to my account.

Dissapoint. Technically almost impossible play with android phone, slots scaled outside of screen.

I play here couple month and few win and quick withdrawal. Now suddenly everything change, kast withdrawal they ask me more documents and change it bank transfer and say it takes 3 + 8 days to proceed. Before trustly, few minutes.
I also make deposit limit to my account and after this poor withdrawal service i wanna change it lower. But cannot change, they remove whole option away from casino.

I signed up to the casino because of the good review from the casino guru. Big mistake. The casino charges the credit card with dollars even i deposit euros. I have to pay currency exchange fee for every deposit. I asked chat support to close my account but they didn't want to do it. Chat support is Russian, so have to block whole casino someway.

I happy about zimpler ootion on deposit because its normally fast withdrawal too. Not on this casino, when i ask about my pending withdrawal support say it takes 5 days. Other casino it takes 5 minutes.
Registered today and now waiting one week my cashout and closed my account if i get my money.

This casino must be some joke or just sad amateur management casino.
Again casono guru give somehow very wrong rating to this.

Most of slots not works at all, every 5 min website say i am not logged in.
Verification ask pic of my passport but it say i dont have camera on my phone when i try to take a pic and "thats why you cannot verified, close the window" hah.
No working bonus, support cannot help anything.
Luckily only one small deposit before i see all this issues on casino. Asking closure 1 hour after registration.
