And now the cherry on the cake - the justification for not crediting the money was that from the moment I topped up until the moment of crediting, the rate changed and it became not 10 but 9 euros, and I was not entitled to the bonus because I did not activate it when I made the deposit (although this is not true)
The last straw was that when I was corresponding with the support service, while I was describing that I had activated everything, they simply closed the chat.
This is the height of rudeness!
