I decided to play because of the good reviews, after a further research I found out that they ask people to remove their bad reviews.
These days were a nightmare. They cancelled my withdrawal saying that my bank had rejected it. I work for this bank, I checked it and this is not true. They keep delaying them on purpose so you can play your winnings again.
There is no responsible gaming option, also I asked them that I dont want to be able to cancel my withdrawal, they didnt do anything about that.
The 'vip thing' is a lie, you just talk with random agents with no names telling you different things and excuses every time.
I asked them to close my account, they tried to keep me offering bonuses instead of apologizing.

I joined two days ago and my experience is the best. Withdrawals are instant and I'm getting the money within seconds.
There are fees but i'm ok with that. It's better than waiting ages and being anxious about getting your money.

I made a deposit of 20 euros and never went through although money was removed from my bank account.
I spoke with them, they asked me a lot of info, I sent them the bank transaction statement and at the end the told me they don't care.
I have nothing else to say.. Stay away

Worst experience ever. After I won a bet I was logged out.
I keep contacting them to see what's going on, they keep telling me they cant assist me because I am not from India.
I keep sending e-mails, they dont reply.
I am trying to reissue my password to log in again and it doesnt work.
Avoid them, these guys should be in jail
