Per mesi nessun problema, poi un prelievo di 1779 è stato stornato dalla mia banca perchè sulla carta che lo stavo versando tramite iban ( Postepay ) avevo raggiunto il limite di bonifici dal estero.
Lassistenza di 22bet mi comunica che il prelievo era tornato quindi nelle loro casse e che a breve mi sarebbe stato riacxteditato sul account.
Nel frattempo mi bloccano i prelievi e mi avviano un processo di verifica tramite security@22bet.com e mando tutti i documenti fin che mi dicono che il processo è concluso con successo e che il mio account è verificato
Il giorno seguente il mio account viene bloccato in quanto sostengono che in passato avevo problemi di gioco dazzardo e che per riattivarlo ci vuole una lettera di un dottore e uno specialista di patologie di dipendenza da gioco che dichiarano che non ho dipendenzada gioco di azzardo. Quindi abbastanza assurdo. ( 4 anni fa chiesi loro la chiusura di un vecchio account dopo una grossa perdita ..) .i
security@22bet.com mi comunicano che i miei soldi sono sul account e che li posso ritirare scrivendo a block@22bet.com .
Peccato che da due giorni block@22bet.com non risponde , ho scritto loro più volte ma nulla.. non so più che fare. Unica risposta ricevuta da Block@22bet.com è stata di mandare loro un documento x verificare che sono il reale proprietario del conto
