Έχω κάνει ήδη αρκετές καταθέσεις στον ίδιο λογαριασμό και η μέθοδος που χρησιμοποιήθηκε ήταν MBWAY, η οποία είναι αδύνατο να στείλω απόδειξη που περιέχει τα απαιτούμενα δεδομένα, μπορώ μόνο να στείλω την απόδειξη που στέλνουν, μέσω email, οπότε κατέθεσα χρησιμοποιώντας το ΑΤΜ και έστειλα τα δεδομένα και πάλι που είπε η υποστήριξη πελατών δεν ήταν αρκετά, ωστόσο, υπάρχουν όλες οι απαραίτητες πληροφορίες για την επαλήθευση της πληρωμής και γνωρίζουμε ότι είναι κάτι παραπάνω από νόμιμη και απαιτούν μόνο απόδειξη της τελευταίας κατάθεσης. Η τράπεζά μου δεν έχει άλλες επιλογές για αποστολή απόδειξης από την πιο πρόσφατη που έστειλα, δεν είχα ποτέ αυτό το πρόβλημα με κανένα άλλο καζίνο. Έχω στείλει και αποδεικτικό του IBAN και έγινε αποδεκτό, μόνο η κατάθεση (ακριβώς ο ίδιος λογαριασμός με τον IBAN) λένε ότι δεν θα δεχτούν, δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί αφού υπάρχουν όλες οι πληροφορίες ότι ο λογαριασμός είναι νόμιμος. Αυτή η τελευταία κατάθεση έγινε χθες.

Já fiz vários depósitos com a mesma conta sendo que o método utilizado foi o MBWAY, o qual é impossível enviar um comprovativo que contenha os dados exigidos, apenas consigo enviar o comprovativo que eles enviam, através de email, então, depositei utilizando o multibanco e enviei os dados novamente que o apoio ao cliente disse não ser suficiente, no entanto, consta lá a informação toda necessária para verificar o pagamento e saber que é mais que legítimo e eles exigem apenas o comprovativo do último depósito. O meu banco não tem mais opções de envio de comprovativo que não esta mais recente que enviei, nunca tive este problema com qualquer outro casino. Além de que também já enviei o comprovativo do IBAN e foi aceite, apenas o de depósito (exatamente a mesma conta que o IBAN) é que eles dizem não aceitar, não compreendo porquê uma vez que está lá a informação toda de que é legítima a conta. Este último depósito foi efetuado ontem.
