She was told that if we called during working hours, they would connect us to a manager - something the first gentleman, who obviously has anger issues, said couldn't happen.
I want someone competent from Winbet to talk to me, someone who doesn't shout and doesn't lecture me about my internet, but listens calmly and understands what the problem was. Specifically, that their site is accepting bets and crashing. Their support has been rude and incompetent.
