Απαιτώ να ξανανοίξει άμεσα αλλιώς θα πρέπει να κινηθώ νομικά. Επισυνάπτω μια φωτογραφία της χθεσινής απάντησής σας στο αίτημά μου.

salve, è successa una cosa gravissimo , mi è stato chiuso l’account in modo ingiusto con circa 3000 euro dentro , quando avevo espressamente richiesto che l’account non venisse chiuso , e voi mi avete risposto che l’account non verrà chiuso se non per mio volere . Oggi mi è stato chiuso con i soldi all’interno . È impensabile tutto ciò , è stato chiuso contro il mio volere, infatti penso sia stato un errore del servizio clienti. Pretendo che venga riaperto immediatamente o dovrò procedere per vie legali . Allego foto di risposta vostra di ieri alla mia richiesta.
