Γράφω για να ζητήσω τη βοήθειά σας. Σήμερα το απόγευμα, ζήτησα μέσω chat στο site SPINANGA να αυτο-αποκλειστεί για προσωπικούς λόγους. Κατά τη διάρκεια της συνομιλίας, ο χειριστής σταμάτησε να ανταποκρίνεται, οπότε μετά από αρκετά λεπτά, έκλεισα και τη συνομιλία. Φυσικά, μετά από αρκετό καιρό, κατέθεσα άλλα 20€ για να παίξω κουλοχέρηδες. Καθώς γύριζα τους τροχούς ενός κουλοχέρη και είχα πίστωση 35€, ξαφνικά αποσυνδέθηκα αυτόματα και δεν μπορούσα να συνδεθώ ξανά. Επικοινώνησα αμέσως με τον χειριστή μέσω chat και με ενημέρωσαν ότι ο λογαριασμός μου είχε κλείσει!! (Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί το έκαναν αυτό αφού είχα κάνει κατάθεση 🤬🤬🤬) Μετά από αυτό, έστειλα ένα email στο support@spinanga.com ζητώντας τουλάχιστον την επιστροφή των 35€ που κέρδισα στους κουλοχέρηδες για δικαιοσύνη. 5 λεπτά αργότερα, έλαβα την ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ 🤬🤬🤬 απάντησή τους, την οποία επισυνάπτω για να διαβάσετε! Εν ολίγοις, αρνούνται κάθε ευθύνη και δεν αναγνώρισαν καθόλου το αίτημά μου να επιστραφούν τα 35€ 🤬🤬🤬. Ζητώ τη βοήθειά σας σε αυτό το θέμα.

I am writing to ask for your assistance. This afternoon, I requested through chat on the SPINANGA site to self-exclude for personal reasons. During the chat, the operator ceased responding, so after several minutes, I closed the chat as well. Naturally, after some time, I deposited another 20€ to play slots. sono qui a scrivervi per chiedere il vostro aiuto. Questo pomeriggio ho chiesto via chat al sito SPINANGA di poter essere autoescluso per motivi miei personali. Durante la chat l’operatore non mi risponde più e quindi dopo un bel po di minuti chiudo la chat anche io. Naturalmente, dopo un po’ ho depositato nuovamente 20€ per giocare alle slot. Mentre facevo girare i rulli di una slot ed ero a 35€ di credito, d’un tratto dal nulla si auto disconnette e non mi fa loggare. Contatto subito l’operatore in chat e mi rispondono che hanno chiuso il mio account!! (Non capisco perché l’hanno fatto dopo che avevo depositato 🤬🤬🤬) Comunque dopodiché scrivo un’e-mail a support@spinanga.com chiedendo di poter aver indietro ALMENO per correttezza i miei 35€ vinti nelle slot! Dopo 5 minuti mi arriva la loro risposta SCANDALOSA🤬🤬🤬 che ora ve la allego così la leggete! In poche parole loro non hanno colpe e non hanno citato per niente la mia richiesta di poter aver i 35€ indietro 🤬🤬🤬. VI chiedo cortesemente di potermi aiutare.
