Όταν έγραψα στο Snatch casino το έκανα με έναν τραπεζικό λογαριασμό που λειτουργεί μόνο στο TLM, μέσω της εφαρμογής καθώς είναι αποκλειστικά διαδικτυακός λογαριασμός.
Καθώς είχα προβλήματα με την ανάληψη των χρημάτων εκείνη τη στιγμή, καθώς δεν μπορούσα να τραβήξω ένα στιγμιότυπο οθόνης, καθώς η Bamco δεν το επιτρέπει, ακύρωσα την ανάληψη στο καζίνο και στη συνέχεια έκανα ανάληψη υποδεικνύοντας μια νέα μύτη. Τότε μου ζήτησαν αρκετά έγγραφα που έστειλα και μου πλήρωσαν τα χρέη.
Τώρα ζήτησα την ανάληψη των κερδών μου ξανά στο nib όπου με πλήρωσαν ήδη στις 01/05/2024 και που αντιστοιχεί στον δεύτερο λογαριασμό που υποδεικνύεται.
Συνεχίζουν να μου ζητούν στοιχεία λογαριασμού για την εφαρμογή, όταν δεν ζήτησα καν αυτήν την ανάληψη για τη συγκεκριμένη μύτη.
Έστειλα ένα στιγμιότυπο με τα στοιχεία του λογαριασμού, διεύθυνση, iban, όλα όσα μου ζήτησαν.
Ερώτηση: Αν με έχουν ήδη πληρώσει μια φορά για τον δεύτερο λογαριασμό, γιατί δημιουργούν προβλήματα;
Θέλουν μάλιστα να μάθουν σε ποιον λογαριασμό κατατέθηκαν τα χρήματα. Δεν το καταλαβαίνω αυτό

Quando fiz o meu registo no Snatch casino fi-lo com uma conta bancaria que apenas funciona no tlm, atraves da app pois é uma conta exclusivamente online.
Como tive problemas para levantar o dinheiro nessa altura pois não consigo fazer uma captura de ecra , uma vez que o bamco não permite, anulei o levantamento no casino e a seguir fiz levantamento indicando um novo nib. Nessa altura foram.me solicitados diversos documentos que enviei e foi-me pago o que me era devido.
Agora voltei a solicitar o levantamento dos meus ganhos para o nib onde já me pagaram a 01.05.2024 e que corresponde á segunda conta indicada.
Continuam a pedir-me dados da conta da app, quando nem sequer pedi este levantamento para esse nib.
Enviei captura de ecra com os dados da conta, morada, iban tudo o que me pediram.
Questão: Se já me ppagaram uma vez para a segunda conta porque estão a levantar problemas?
até querem saber de que conta foi depositado o dinheiro. Não entendo isto
