Θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ότι η πληρωμή στην οποία αναφέρομαι είναι μια πληρωμή που έγινε με την κάρτα universe μέσω της εφαρμογής και ότι δεν έφτασε στην οντότητα για την οποία πλήρωνα για την υπηρεσία,,,,μεταβείτε στο ιστορικό των μηνυμάτων που Σας έστειλα μέσω της πλατφόρμας και διάβασα...
Επαναλαμβάνω για τελευταία φορά γιατί τα επόμενα βήματα θα είναι διαφορετικά..
Στις 14-06-26 προσπάθησα να κάνω μια πληρωμή 200 ευρώ στις 19:13:27 στην οντότητα 12543, αναφορά 147371372, αυτή η πληρωμή έδειξε σφάλμα, δεν ολοκληρώθηκε με επιτυχία η λειτουργία, μετά προσπάθησα ξανά με την ίδια αναφορά στο ίδιο οντότητα το ίδιο ποσό 200 ευρώ στις 19:15:05, ακριβώς το ίδιο έγινε, ο λογαριασμός μου χρεώθηκε όπως πληρώθηκε, αλλά δεν έγινε.
Έκανα μια τρίτη πληρωμή στην ίδια οντότητα αλλά με άλλη αναφορά και αυτή έγινε με επιτυχία...
Οι επαφές είπαν μέσω email ότι δεν μπορούσαν να κάνουν τίποτα για την πίστωση 400 ευρώ στον λογαριασμό μου, στη δήλωσή μου, ότι επικοινώνησαν με την οντότητα στην οποία θα γινόταν η πληρωμή, επικοινώνησαν με την οντότητα, την ανέλυσαν και τον πάροχο υπηρεσιών Ένας από αυτούς λέει ότι τα χρήματα δεν έχουν πληρωθεί και εκκρεμεί να πει στην τράπεζά μου ότι είσαι εσύ.
Ρωτάω πού είναι τα χρήματά μου και ποιος τα πήρε, ούτε ο πελάτης εξυπηρετήθηκε ούτε ο φορέας στον οποίο έγινε η πληρωμή.

τη δήλωσή σας και στη συνέχεια, μετά από 15 ημέρες διαλόγου με την οντότητα στην οποία προορίζονταν τα χρήματα, η απάντησή τους, εάν αυτή η υπόθεση δεν επιλυθεί μέχρι τη Δευτέρα, θα πάω στην Banco de Portugal για να εξηγήσω την κατάσταση

Exmos Senhores, só podem estar a gozar com a minha cara pois já reportei várias vezes e o caso com toda a certeza está em histórico no vosso sistema ,..
passo a citar que o pagamento a que refiro é um pagamento feito com o cartao universo através da aplicação e que não chegou a entidade para qual eu estava a pagar o serviço ,,,,vão ao historico de mensagens que vos enviei pela plataforma e leiam...
volto a repetir pela ultima vez porque os proximos passos vão ser outros ..
No dia 14-06-26 tentei fazer um pagamento de 200 euros pelas 19:13:27 para a entidade 12543, referencia 147371372, este pagamento deu erro nao concluindo com sucesso a operação , a seguir tentei de novo com a mesma referencia para a mesma entidade o mesmo valor 200 euros pelas 19:15:05, aconteceu precisamente a mesma coisa, foi debitado na minha conta como foi pago , mas não foi .
Fiz um terceiro pagamento para a mesma entidade mas com outra referencia e esse sim deu efectuado com sucesso ...
Contactos disseram por e-mail que não poderiam fazer nada em relação ao terem creditado na minha conta , no meu extracto os 400 euros , que contacta-se a entidade para quem seria o pagamento, contactada a entidade , eles analisaram e o provedor de serviços deles diz que o dinheiro não foi pago e encontra-se pendente para contar o meu Banco que são vocês .
pergunto aonde está o meu dinheiro e quem ficou com ele ,,,nem o cliente ficou servido nem a entidade para quem era o pagamento o tem ..
