My account is not blocked even though I have written several times and complained about losses and gambling addiction. I want this site to delete my data and block me from gaming forever!

Please, let me explain you what the difference between closing the account and self-exclusion is:

Some casinos use lots of tools for responsible gambling and I would not mention them here. What players can do if they’re unhappy in the casino: Close the account or self-exclude themselves, those are the two basic choices.

 

Closing an account is simple and has almost no impact - the player can reopen account anytime, and casino has no obligation to the player.

 

On the other hand, self-exclusion does. If a player successfully makes a self-exclusion, the casino agrees not to open this account or if yes only under particular circumstances (after cooling off period and this cannot be done for players who are addicted/with gambling problem).

Hello Nick, why do I have to mention gambling addiction issues when self-excluding? That's obvious, given the number of deposits! Posido doesn't mention that in its terms and conditions either. It's enough to send an email about self-exclusion; no one needs to know the reason. It's the same if I take sick leave and my employer wants to know why I'm sick. Surely the online casino has a duty to respond immediately to inquiries if they're worded in an overly sensitive way, and as a result, they must recognize that there is a financial burden and the resulting difficulties.

I'd like this text to remain anonymous, and I can honestly say that I've gambled away my life and that I'm currently using all the help I can get to avoid committing suicide! This isn't fun, and just the messages that were written to the chat at the time, saying that I'm financially ruining myself and not being blocked even though the problem is obvious, and even writing about my gambling addiction in the chat, I think no one here is protected anymore.

Hallo Nick, wieso muss ich mich eigentlich bei einem selbstausschluss, unbedingt mit Spielsucht Probleme angeben, das ist doch wohl offensichtlich, bei den vielen Einzahlung! Davon spricht auch Posido nicht bei Ihren AGB‘s. Es reicht wenn eine Email zum selbstausschluss geschrieben wird den Grund muss doch keiner wissen und kennen. Das ist genauso, wenn ich mich krankschreibe und mein Arbeitgeber wissen will warum ich krank bin und eher hat doch das Online Casino die Pflicht, sofort auf Anfragen zu reagieren wenn diese überaus empfindlich geschrieben sind und daraus resultierend erkennen müssen das eine finanzielle Belastung und dazu führende Schwierigkeiten bestehen.

Ich möchte das dieser Text hier anonym bleibt und kann Ihnen auch ehrlich sagen das ich mein Leben verspielt haben und dies bezüglich jegliche Hilfe gerade habe um keine selbstmord zu begehen!!! Das ist keine Spaß und allein die Nachrichten die an das Chat damals geschrieben worden sind, das ich mich finanziell ruiniere und nicht gesperrt werde obwohl das Problem offensichtlich ist und über die Spielsucht im Chat auch noch geschrieben habe, finde ich das hier niemand mehr geschützt ist.
