No passado dia 11.11 solicitei um levantamento no valor de 100 euros via neteller uma quantia irrisória mas é dinheiro. Não só ainda não pagaram como no site diz estar pago, eu não recebi o dinheiro, já entrei em contacto todos os dias desde esta situação acontecer, já enviei 5 extractos que é sempre o que pedem, responde ao email de 10 em 10h e quando respondem é para pedr extractos. Ontem entrei no chat do casino, disseram que iam reabrir o caso ( como se alguma vez tivesse sido encerrado ) e resolver o problema entranto em contacto comigo. Até hoje ninguém me disse nada. Pedi por e-mail e por chat o ID de transacção ninguém responde no chat ignoraram 3 vezes essa pergunta. Claro não tem porque não efectuaram nenhum pagamento.
Um casino cotado em 8.4 tem estes problemas para efectuar um pagamento de 100 euros? Muito mal cotado.
Em todo o lado estão a reclamar à cerca dos pagamentos.
Não joguem neste casino eles não pagam, vocês vão perder o vosso dinheiro, e ainda ter estes problemas e serem sujeitos a verem a vossa vida pessoal através dos vossos extractos.
