Κατέθεσα 100€ και έβαλα μόνο αθλητικά στοιχήματα. Μετά από αυτό μίλησα με αρκετούς βοηθούς στη ζωντανή συνομιλία και μάλιστα επικοινωνήσαμε τηλεφωνικά. Τόσο στο chat όσο και στο τηλέφωνο είπαν ότι μετά τη βιντεοκλήση θα λάμβαναν απάντηση εντός μέγιστης περιόδου 7 ημερών και ότι οι 30 ημέρες (η μέγιστη περίοδος που ορίζουν αυτοί) περιλαμβάνονταν επίσης στη βιντεοκλήση.
Αποδεικνύεται ότι την ημέρα που έληξε η προθεσμία απάντησης, μίλησα στο chat και ένας συνεργάτης είπε ότι τελικά η μέγιστη προθεσμία ήταν 30 ημέρες από την κλήση βίντεο, και μάλιστα είπε ότι όλοι οι συνάδελφοί μου μου έδωσαν λάθος πληροφορίες!!!! ΝΟΜΙΖΩ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΣΚΑΝΔΑΛΟ!!!!
Πιστεύει κανείς ότι αυτό είναι φυσιολογικό;;;
Αυτό είναι πολύ σοβαρό και όλα με κάνουν να εύχομαι να μην μου έδιναν τα χρήματά μου και να διεκδικήσουν κάτι για να το δικαιολογήσουν.

Resumindo,
Depositei 100€ e fiz apenas apostas desportivas. Eu, como sempre fiz, aposto quase exclusivamente em UNDER’s ao vivo, tipo -1 ou -2…Por norma faço também All In ou basicamente metade do que tenho, não faço gestão de banca nem uso estratégia nenhuma. Quando estava a chegar aos 2.000€, mais coisa menos coisa senti que me limitam o valor das apostas, até que me bloquearam as apostas por completo. Depois de enviar inúmeros documentos e fotos a casa LEON iniciou o meu processo de verificação. Derma um prazo máximo de 30 dias.
Como eu sou um apostador lúdico, não consigo estar parado e fui jogando no casino, na roleta ao vivo, pois eles bloqueiam tudo mas deixam o casino livre para jogar. Acontece que tive mesmo muita sorte, muita mesmo. Fiz farias vezes ALL IN cheguei aos 15.500€ mais coisa menos coisa.
Ao dia 22 tinha a verificação de conta concluída e aprovada, mas agendaram uma chamada de vídeo para mais uma verificação. Ok. La fiz a vídeo chamada, em inglês, o que não foi fácil porque não sou fluente, em que me fizeram várias questões. Até aí ok, acho uma verificação exagerada mas se são os termos deles só tenho que respeitar.
Depois disso falei com vários assistentes no chat ao vivo e inclusivé fui contactado por telefone. Tanto no chat como por telefone disseram que depois da vídeo chamada no prazo máximo de 7 dias tinha a resposta, que os 30 dias ( prazo máximo estipulado por eles) estava incluído também na vídeo chamada.
Acontece que no dia em terminava o prazo de resposta eu falo no chat é um colaborador disse que afinal o prazo máximo eram 30 dias a partir da vídeo chamada, e disse até que todos os colegas me deram a informação errada!!!! ACHO UM ESCÂNDALO!!!!
Alguém, no seu perfeito juízo, acha isto normal???
Gravíssimo isto, e tudo me faz querer que não me vão dar o meu dinheiro e alegar alguma coisa para justificar isso.
