Κατέθεσα 50 ευρώ σε μια εφαρμογή που με πήγε πίσω στο grand club casino.
Άρχισα να παίζω σε αυτήν την εφαρμογή που ονομάζεται "fluffy heroes" και το παιχνίδι που έπαιζα "Majestic winter" θα έκλεινε παίρνοντας το στοίχημά μου 2,5 ευρώ το καθένα.
Μου κάπνισαν και τα 50 ευρώ σε λίγη ώρα.
Επειδή δεν έφταιγα εγώ, επειδή έκλεισε το παιχνίδι στην εφαρμογή, ζητώ επιστροφή των 50 ευρώ της κατάθεσής μου.
Δεν μπορούν να πουν ότι από το ιστορικό δείχνει ότι ποντάρω, είναι προφανές ότι φαίνεται, αλλά η εφαρμογή έκλεινε σε κάθε γύρισμα του κουλοχέρη που έκανα και μετά άνοιγε το παιχνίδι και προσπάθησα ξανά... και σε λίγα λεπτά μου πήρε και τα 50 ευρώ της κατάθεσής μου.
Αυτό δεν παίζει αλλά κλέβεται.
Έστειλα ένα email στην υποστήριξη πελατών και μου απάντησαν:
x Το αίτημά σας (24133688) έχει ληφθεί και εξετάζεται από την υποστήριξη πελατών μας.
Αυτό το email είναι υπηρεσία του GrandClub. Με την υποστήριξη της Zendesk .
Αλλά δεν μου επέστρεψαν χρήματα. Θέλω την κατάθεσή μου πίσω γιατί αυτό δεν παίζει.
Προσπαθώ να σας στείλω στιγμιότυπα οθόνης αλλά δεν με αφήνει να τα ανεβάσω
I deposited 50 euros into an app that took me back to the grand club casino.
I started playing in this app called "fluffy heroes" and the game I played "Majestic winter" would shut down taking my bet of 2.5 euros each.
They smoked all 50 euros out of me in a short time.
Since it was not my fault, because the game in the app closed, I request a refund of my 50 euro deposit.
They can't say that from the history it shows that I bet, it's obvious that it shows, but the app turned off at every spin of the slot machine that I made and then the game reopened and I tried again... and in a few minutes it took all 50 euros of my deposit.
This is not playing but being robbed.
I sent an email to customer support and they replied:

But they didn't refund me. I want my deposit back because this is not playing.

Ho depositato 50 eur in un app che mi riportava al grand club casinò.
Ho cominciato a giocare in questa app di nome " fluffy heroes " e il gioco a cui ho giocato " Majestic winter " si spegneva prendendomi la puntata di 2,5 eur l'una.
Mi hanno fumato tutti i 50 eur in poco tempo.
Dato non è stata colpa mia , perchè il gioco nell'app si chiudeva , richiedo il rimborso dei miei 50 eur di deposito.
Non possono dire che dalla cronologia si vede ho puntato io, è ovvio che si vede , ma l'app si spegneva a ogni giro di slot che facevo e poi il gioco si riapriva e provavo nuovamente ... e in pochi minuti mi ha preso tutti i 50 eur di deposito.
Questo non vuol dire giocare ma farsi derubare.
Ho mandato una email al supporto clienti mi hanno risposto :

Questa email è un servizio di GrandClub. Fornito da Zendesk.
Ma non mi hanno rimborsata. Rivoglio il mio deposito perche questo non significa giocare.
