Ως προς αυτό, όταν μπλοκάρατε τις αναλήψεις μου και μου ζητήσατε να προσκομίσω νέα τεκμηρίωση, σας παρείχα όλα όσα ζητήσατε:
-ταυτότητα
- απόδειξη ιταλικής κατοικίας
-αντίγραφο τρόπων πληρωμής κατάθεσης
-επίσης αντίγραφο των τρόπων πληρωμής των αποτυχημένων καταθέσεων
- απόδειξη Πολωνίας που εργάζομαι εδώ (σας έστειλα αντίγραφο της προσωρινής διαμονής μου εδώ και επίσης τον πολωνικό λογαριασμό)
-διαβατήριο
-μου ζητήσατε και το τραπεζικό αποδεικτικό προέλευσης των κεφαλαίων και σας το παρείχα
-Σου έστειλα και αντίγραφο του συμβολαίου του σπιτιού
-μου ζητήσατε και άλλα άσχετα προσωπικά στοιχεία και σας τα παρείχα
τώρα, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη ότι ρώτησα πριν καταθέσω αν μπορώ να παίξω από την Πολωνία και μου είπες ΝΑΙ, δεδομένου ότι τόσο η Ιταλία όσο και η Πολωνία είναι χώρες χωρίς περιορισμούς, δεδομένου ότι δεν χρησιμοποίησα κανένα VPN, δεδομένου ότι σου παρείχα τα πάντα, Αναρωτιέμαι ποιο είναι το πρόβλημα τώρα.

τότε απλά θα ήθελα να καταλάβω αν σκοπεύετε να συνεργαστείτε και να καταλήξετε σε λύση ή όχι γιατί δεν υπάρχει διαφάνεια και σαφήνεια εκ μέρους!

Io sono un cittadino Italiano e ho la mia residenza fissa in Italia. Per questo motivo ho chiesto, prima di depositare, se potessi giocare e mi era stato detto di sì!
a Tal proposito quando mi avete bloccato i prelievi e mi avete chiesto di dover fornire nuova documentazione vi ho fornito tutto ciò che mi avete richiesto:
-carta di identità
-prova di residenza italiana
-copia dei metodi di pagamento di deposito
-copia anche dei metodi di pagamento dei depositi non riusciti
-prova di residenza polacca visto che lavoro qui (vi ho mandato la copia della mia residenza temporanea qui e inoltre anche il conto polacco)
-passaporto
-mi avete chiesto anche la prova bancaria di origine dei fondi e ve l’ho fornita
-vi ho mandato copia del contratto di casa anche
-mi avete chiesto anche altre informazioni personali irrilevanti e ve le ho fornite
ora, considerato che avevo chiesto prima di depositare se potessi giocare dalla Polonia e mi avete detto di SI, considerato che sia Italia che Polonia sono paesi non ristrettì, considerato che non ho usato nessuna vpn, considerato che vi ho fornito tutto mi chiedo quale sia il problema ora.
