Έπρεπε να κάνω μια καταγγελία εναντίον του CasinoGuru και του προσωπικού του στο TrustPilot! Έκλεισαν τα παράπονα και τις αξιώσεις μου εδώ χωρίς λόγο! Αυτό που ισχυρίζονται απλά δεν ισχύει! Φαίνεται ότι αυτό που λένε όλοι ισχύει τελικά... δεν είναι τίποτα άλλο από θυγατρικές του καζίνο που μεταμφιέζονται σε ομάδα υποστήριξης και βοήθειας. Είναι εντελώς γελοίο να έχουν κλείσει την καταγγελία και να λένε ότι δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση, όταν το ίδιο το Καζίνο είναι ο ρυθμιστικός φορέας που χειρίζεται την υπόθεση... στην πραγματικότητα, από τις 3 διαφορές με τα καζίνο που έχω ανοίξει εδώ στο CasinoGuru, Πάντα κέρδιζα τις υποθέσεις μόνη μου! Το CasinoGuru δεν παρενέβη ποτέ σε τίποτα, απλώς εκμεταλλεύτηκαν την υπόθεση του Twin and Leon Casino για να κηρύξουν την καταγγελία κλειστή σαν να την είχαν επιλύσει οι ίδιοι! Φρικτός! Φαίνεται ότι υπάρχει μεγάλη σύγκρουση συμφερόντων από την πλευρά των εργαζομένων... και όσοι παρακολούθησαν τις καταγγελίες μου ο "Nick" και η "Petronela" δεν έχουν ιδέα πώς λειτουργούν οι νόμοι και οι κανόνες του τζόγου στην Πορτογαλία ή στην Ευρώπη , μίλησαν με αγένεια με απαντήσεις που απλά δεν πρέπει να δίνονται σε όσους χρειάζονται βοήθεια! Φαίνεται πραγματικά ότι αυτά τα δύο άτομα έχουν εξαγοραστεί από τα εν λόγω καζίνο. Και οι δύο είπαν ψέματα, αλλά ο Νικ μίλησε ακόμη και για όσα δεν ήξερε... αν διάβαζε τα email με τις φωτογραφίες που μου ζήτησε...! Και τα δύο καζίνο έχουν την ίδια βάση δεδομένων, αν ένας παίκτης κερδίσει πολλά στο Roku και έχει ήδη λογαριασμό στη BetTilt, αποκλείουν τον λογαριασμό επειδή είναι διπλότυπο... τώρα λένε ότι θα απορρίψουν τα παράπονα επειδή δεν μπορούσα' Να αποδείξετε ότι το σύστημα αυτο-αποκλεισμού είναι το ίδιο; Απλά γελοίο! Είναι η ίδια εταιρεία, οι ίδιοι υπάλληλοι, η ίδια βάση δεδομένων! Έχω ήδη γράψει μια καταγγελία στο TrustPilot και θα συνεχίσω να γράφω μέχρι να καταλάβει ο κόσμος ότι τελικά αυτός ο ιστότοπος είναι απάτη!
Κάθε φορά που κέρδισα μια υπόθεση είναι μόνος μου ή με τη βοήθεια της κοινότητας, στην πραγματικότητα, έχω βοηθήσει ακόμη και τα μέλη να λάβουν τις επιστροφές χρημάτων τους... αλλά εδώ το CasinoGuru δεν θέλει να βοηθήσει, γιατί από ό,τι εγώ Έχω διαβάσει στο TrustPilot ότι αγοράζονται από πολλά παράνομα καζίνο! Το Antillephone είναι ένα από αυτά, όπου δεν κάνουν τίποτα και απλώς κλείνουν παράπονα.
Είμαι εδώ για να δείξω τη δυσαρέσκειά μου, είναι απίστευτο που με κράτησαν να περιμένω όλο αυτό το διάστημα για να κλείσω τις καταγγελίες! Μου έχασαν χρόνο και υπομονή! Θα ζητήσω βοήθεια από μια σωστή εταιρεία, όπως η CasinoMeister!
I had to open a complaint against CasinoGuru and its staff on TrustPilot! They closed my complaints and claims here for no reason! What they claim is simply not true! It seems that what everyone says is true after all... they are nothing more than casino affiliates masquerading as a support and help team. It's completely ridiculous that they've closed the complaint and say there isn't a case, when the Casino itself is the regulatory body handling the case... in fact, of the 3 disputes with Casinos I've opened here at CasinoGuru, I've always won the cases on my own! CasinoGuru never intervened in anything, they just took advantage of the Twin and Leon Casino case to declare the complaint closed as if they had resolved it themselves! Horrible! It seems that there is a lot of conflict of interest on the part of the employees... and those who attended to my complaints "Nick" and "Petronela" have no idea how the laws and rules of gambling work in Portugal or in Europe, they spoke rudely with answers that simply should not be given to those who need help! It really seems that these two individuals have been bought off by the casinos in question. They both lied, but Nick even talked about what he didn't know... if only he'd read the emails with the photo evidence he asked me for...! Both casinos have the same database, if a player wins big at Roku and already has an account at BetTilt, they ban the account for being a duplicate... now they're saying they're going to reject the complaints because I couldn't prove that the self-exclusion system is the same? Simply ridiculous! It's the same company, same employees, same database! I've already written a complaint to TrustPilot, and I'll keep writing until people understand that this site is a fraud after all!
Whenever I've won a case it's been on my own or with the help of the community, in fact, I've even helped members get their refunds back... but here CasinoGuru doesn't want to help, because from what I've read on TrustPilot they're bought by several illegal casinos! Antillephone is one of them, where they do nothing and simply close complaints.
I'm here to show my displeasure, it's incredible that they've kept me waiting all this time to close the complaints! They've wasted my time and patience! I will ask for help from a proper company, like CasinoMeister!
Tive que abrir uma reclamação contra o CasinoGuru e o seu staff no TrustPilot! Fecharam as minhas queixas e reclamações aqui sem razão! O que eles alegam simplesmente não é verdade! Parece que afinal o que todo o mundo diz é verdade… não passam de afiliados dos Casinos mascarados de equipa de suporte e ajuda. É completamente ridículo terem fechado a queixa e dizerem não existir um caso, quando o próprio Casino é entidade reguladora estão a tratar do caso… aliás, das 3 disputas com Casinos que abri aqui no CasinoGuru ganhei sempre os casos sozinho! O CasinoGuru nunca interveio em nada, apenas aproveitou no caso da Twin e Leon Casino para dar a reclamação como concluída como se eles mesmo tivessem resolvido! Horrível! Parece que existe bastante conflito de interesses por parte dos funcionários… e quem atendeu ás minhas reclamações " Nick " e "Petronela" não fazem a mínima ideia de como funcionam as leis e regras de jogo em Portugal ou na Europa, falaram de forma rude com respostas que simplesmente não se devem dar a quem precisa de ajuda! Parece realmente que estes 2 indivíduos estão comprados pelos Casinos em questão. Ambos mentiram, mas o Nick falou até do que não sabia.. se talvez tivesse lido bem os emails com as provas por foto que me pediu tivesse visto…! Ambos os Casinos possuem a mesma base de dados, se um jogador ganhar em grande na Roku e já tiver conta na BetTilt, eles banem a conta por ser duplicada.. agora virem dizer que vão rejeitar as queixas porque não consegui provar que o sistema de auto exclusão é o mesmo? Ridículos simplesmente! É a mesma empresa, mesmos funcionários, mesma base de dados! Já escrevi agora uma reclamação no TrustPilot, e irei continuar a escrever até as pessoas entenderem que afinal este site é uma fraude!
Sempre que ganhei um caso foi sozinho ou com a ajuda da comunidade, aliás, até já ajudei membros a receberem o seu reembolso de volta.. mas aqui o CasinoGuru não quer ajudar, porque pelo que li no TrustPilot estão comprados por vários Casinos ilegais! A Antillephone é um deles, onde não fazem nada e simplesmente encerram as reclamações.
venho aqui mostrar o meu desagrado, é incrível terem me empatado este tempo todo para agora fecharem as reclamações! Fizeram perder o meu tempo e paciência! Irei pedir ajudar a uma empresa em condições, tal como o CasinoMeister!
