Capitol one has sided with Santana BV for dodgy dealings. Was honest with them. Even though I never used funds and requested refund which was refused and account closed. They also used 3rd party merchant to process payment. I explained credit cards are banned and illegal site ect ect. They don't care

I reported it to the authorities and the consumer protection agency, I also reported it to the main organization in America and the European Union, they were shocked by all this, they didn't know that people are disadvantaged when it comes to all this, that they are playing with people, they won't say anything anymore, they can easily say it already found where their addresses are, where they wrote from, and their headquarters

Vilnius. - LTU and mystake. I have wrote back to bank with lots of compelling evidence. Pointed out the bank works for me not these crooked sites as its a credit card and they have with held my funds and used MCC that was Incorrect as C C use is banned and they are illegal. Not only did I not recive any service they have stolen funds and used 3rd party merchant to process it and bank saying nothing to see here, 🤔 SMH err nope I have sent all proof again as I said they work for me I will report them. To the FSC as the bank is in wrong I took screenshots of deposit On the site it does not match the merchant only amount and time

Αλλά η τράπεζα έκανε ότι ήθελες, έκανε την πληρωμή και αυτό ήταν. Δεν χρειάζεται να κάνουν κάτι παραπάνω για σένα, όλα τα άλλα είναι ιδιωτική διαμάχη, επιτέλους κατάλαβε. Νομικά είναι γκρίζα ζώνη η αλλαγή του MCC, όχι έγκλημα. Οι τράπεζες δεν χρειάζεται να ελέγξουν την πληρωμή για να δουν αν είναι νομικά σωστή ή όχι.


Είστε ελεύθεροι να μηνύσετε τον πάροχο για αυτό...

It's a credit card and also the funds where not used. I wanted them withdrawn and returned, as initially when I made the deposit it left the account straight away but hadn't reflected in my account they said it could take a while. Even though it said deposit succeeded. Took screenshot. So I left it for a while. Next thing I know I can't log in. Emailed them asking for refund and being ignored Credit card company said I have to get in contact with merchant, this is the issue. The merchant on my credit card is not the casino even though I have proof I deposited at the casino I don't know who the merchant is to contact either way I just want my funds back it's not a chargeback it's what is rightfully mine.

Same issue with me with Santeda, except the website is Goldenbet, deposited, took me to a nikotpf web active lim merchant they used merchant code 5816 (digital goods, gaming) instead of 7995 (gambling) and after i tried withdrawing stated they're prohibited from offering services in the UK and refused to refund me, all the Santeda International B.V. casinos are operating unlicensed too. That maybe so but there is rules that merchants and banks have to follow to protect customer funds. By correct coding. The laws are different in the UK I should imagine, as I said I just want my initial deposit back that was not used.

This happened to me on mystake about a month ago. I deposited money, it never reached my account even though it said successful I took the screenshot of it leaving my bank etc and they closed my account. I’ve made the chargeback with the bank, I told them I put money onto a website and the money said it was successful, but it crashed on the redirect page

Santeda literally never refund, even when you make chargebacks, they somehow manage to come up with something to make sure you don’t get any money back.

About 2 months ago I gambled on a website and the payment came out as INTEGRATED PAYMENT, anyway I made chargebacks & they come back with evidence. I received it in the mail from the bank. They’ve stated the payment provider is booking.com and I booked an air b and b under the name claire pink and my email is clairepink@ something, with the transaction amount the same as what I deposited lol. It’s the shadiest thing I’ve ever seen. Anyway my names not even Claire it’s Katie 😂

I've got enough on them, they may have had a curacao license when you had an issue but they don't now, on top of some other stuff i can definitively prove they've acted illegally, they've had sanctions against them from other countries too so i'm just gonna compile a nice email tomorrow, with evidence all bundled up and send it to all the gaming commissions i can find online, among a few other websites who i'm sure would be interested to hear about offshore gambling websites stealing money, performing transaction laundering and operating illegally. They've withheld the wrong customers money this time.


Even if i don't see a penny back, i'll be pulling out all the stops and going scorched earth on them, i'll salt the earth if necessary.

Good, im glad you’re doing something about it. Have you contacted CEG to try get your money back? It didn’t work for me, but I have read others in which it has worked for

I've tried talking to Santeda/Goldenbet directly but nothing on that front, as for the CEG they're not licensing Santeda or any of their casinos so i doubt they could enforce it, as before Santeda just switched to an Anjouan license when the curacao one was stricken off. I will inform them of the situation though, as well as other commissions as to prevent them getting a future license and potentially get sanctioned by the relevant authorities/governments. I am debating sending all this to the media too as if the right outlets covered it, their articles would probably be top of any relevant searches regarding the various casinos involved/Santeda and potentially prevent other users falling foul of these guys. I'm in the process of wording a rough draft of the emails i'm going to send out and compiling the evidence in the best format possible as we speak for ease of access/reading for the relevant recipients. I might not get my money from them, but if i can help in the process to stop them continuing to exist then i'm going to. I'd urge all customers who have fell foul of the black market casinos to report them to the relevant authorities/commissions, one voice might not go as far as ten people speaking out about their illegal activities would.
