Been waiting for withdrawal since.

March 21,2024. I have kept in touch with them several times a month. They keep putting me off by replying with the same email blaming their 3rd party payout system.

Have you been waiting that long ? I understand that sometimes there can be a problem with a third party provider but 4 months ? I wouldn't take that as a valid reason. Did you ask if you could switch to some other alternative ?

Η πρώτη μου πληρωμή μου εστάλη μόλις σε ένα μήνα, η δεύτερη εγκρίθηκε στις 19 Ιουνίου, θα είναι και ένας μήνας...!!, μου είπαν όταν μίλησα μαζί τους ότι υπήρχε μεγάλη αίτηση ανάληψης, δηλαδή γιατί η καθυστέρηση. Ελπίζω να συνεχίσουν να με πληρώνουν.!!!

That's certainly reasonable, and I wouldn't make any deposit unless I received money from them. I'm curious to see if you get it or not.

Are you in any kind of contact with them or not ?

Hm, I'm very curious how it will end because I don't have good feeling about this situation. I try to be always positive but this time I can't imagine what to expect. We just have to wait and pray that money will come to you and other player. That's all we can do for now. 😥

Hi! I would love your help too please! They approved my 1st withdrawal (requested $2000 on June 7 and another $2000 on June 8.) and I'm still getting the polite runaround that it is coming...and that they can't approve the second one until they pay me the first one...all via bitcoin. Thanks for your help!

Hi, you've been waiting for a month for your money, which would be extremely long for me. What is the casino giving you as a reason for not paying you out yet ? I would like to say that we give casinos 14 days to sort out everything necessary around the withdrawal and therefore send the money to the player.

So if you haven't moved in all that time, maybe we can lend a helping hand and you can try to open a complaint with us.

It has now been over 4 months since my March 21, 2024 withdrawal request from Posh Casino. They quit communicating with me for several weeks. Last week, after contacting them once again, they finally responded with their same generic email blaming their "payment service providers".

I have asked them to just tell me if they do not intend to pay me, to no avail.

My question is, if you've been trying to withdraw money for so long, why didn't you contact us to get our team to take a look and try to do something about it ? You think that's not appropriate ? I'm not saying we have to help you get the money, but it's definitely a good thing to do, because if they don't try to resolve it, then they'll get black points if the complaint ends up being unresolved.

Oh I completely forgot that this is about this casino or app. Unfortunately, as we have said before, it is not possible to file a complaint against such. I'm sorry I got you mixed up, but I completely missed it.

Anyway, I'm sorry about your situation and I'm sorry that it hasn't moved anywhere. Hopefully it will get better though I wouldn't be sure.

Τώρα κέρδισα μεγάλα (πολύ μεγάλα για μένα πάντως) και ζήτησα τρεις διαφορετικές αναλήψεις, μία για 2500$ και 2 για 1000$ η καθεμία. Ζήτησε απόσυρση κερδών στις 30 Απριλίου 2024. Τώρα είναι 20 Αυγούστου 2024 και δεν ελήφθη τίποτα. Έχω έρθει σε επαφή με το καζίνο πολλές φορές μέσω συνομιλίας και email και λαμβάνω την ίδια δικαιολογία κάθε φορά, κατηγορώντας τον μεγάλο όγκο αιτημάτων και προσφέρομαι να κλιμακώσω το αίτημά μου για $2500 επειδή προφανώς μπορούν να κάνουν μόνο ένα κάθε φορά. Έπαιξα με κατατεθειμένα κεφάλαια κρυπτογράφησης. Επιπλέον, με έχουν αφαιρέσει ως παίκτη που δικαιούται πλέον να λαμβάνει τα διαφημιστικά του μπόνους. Οι κωδικοί προσφοράς τους δεν λειτουργούν πια για μένα, επομένως υποθέτω ότι αυτό σημαίνει ότι δεν πρόκειται να πληρωθώ ποτέ επειδή δεν θέλουν καν να παίζω πια στον ιστότοπό τους. Τώρα που πραγματικά κέρδισα… δεν έχω ιδέα τι βήματα να κάνω ή τι μπορεί να γίνει… είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένος. I’ve played online with posh casino for over 5 years. I’ve had positive withdrawal experiences in the past. Now I won big (well big for me anyways) and requested three different withdrawals one for $2500 and 2 for $1000 each. Requested withdrawal of winnings on April 30, 2024. It is now August 20, 2024, and nothing received. I have contacted the casino numerous times via chat and email, and I receive the same excuse each time, blaming high volume of requests and offer to escalate my $2500 request because they can only do one at a time apparently. I played with deposited crypto funds. In addition to this, they’ve removed me as a player that’s allowed to receive their promotional bonuses anymore. Their promotional codes don’t work for me anymore, so I’m assuming that means I’m never going to be paid because they don’t even want me playing on their website anymore. Now that I actually won… I have no idea what steps to take, or what can be done… i’m very disappointed. I used to be a huge advocate and now I’m extremely disappointed and assuming I’m never seeing any of those winnings…
