I gave them a try and they don't pay out. They delay as long as possible (6-7 days) which eventually will lead to the player to gamble his funds away which is a win win for the casino.
In my case the deposited amount was only small and the win also so I did not mind if I would not get a payout, but this is also a casino that does not hold a valid license in my country and should stop accepting players.

Because in some cases the players that reach this casinos are either on a Dutch gamstop, or do not know that it's an illegal casino.
