While playing blackjack hands on the site, the site would kick me out mid game. I was not able to see the result each time. When I would frantically try to find the table again the dealer would say welcome back. Each time this happened my bet would be taken each time resulting in a loss and not in a voided bet because of being taken out of the game. I tried to complain to customer service but they would just say the bet was taken. It seems fraudulent that once the bet was taken I would be kicked out of the game. This happened 4 or times with a bet of 1k blackjack hands.

Just a suggestion, did you ask the casino to show you the betting history? Or the session results.

How about consulting the issue directly with its game provider? I wonder whether others have ever experienced something similar too. Which makes me ask further - how stable is your internet connection? Could this be related?

I would stop playing this game - too risky!

I've forwarded the evidence to email above again of it kicking me off as it happens when not playing a bet. Surely the game provider is not the one I should go to but casino taking the bet.

Yeah - sure, the casino should make the effort and reach out to the game provider to consult the current events. It does not look good when the casino leaves this step solely on the player, I've witnessed this many times before, and I still think it's mainly the casino's concern. I would be dissatisfied If I had to do that on my own.

I do not agree with this:

But that's ok, let's see how the complaint develops. I haven't seen the email you sent thus I am not fully informed.

Be persistent. It makes no sense to keep playing if you are being still kicked off the game.

Ζήτησα πληρωμή 4000 ευρώ στις 2 Οκτωβρίου 2023. Την επόμενη μέρα ενημερώθηκα μέσω email ότι η πληρωμή είχε γίνει. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι τα χρήματα θα πρέπει να είναι στον λογαριασμό την επόμενη μέρα. (Παρεμπιπτόντως, οι αναλήψεις Skrill και Mastercard δεν λειτουργούν, μόνο τραπεζικές μεταφορές.) Σήμερα παρατήρησα ότι έχω να κάνω πάλι με την εταιρεία Dama NV. Είχα ήδη το ίδιο παιχνίδι σε άλλη ιστοσελίδα της εταιρείας, μου είπαν να περιμένω τουλάχιστον 10 μέρες. Τότε περίμενα και εγώ και χωρίς παράπονο δεν θα είχα πάρει τα χρήματα μέχρι σήμερα. Μπορεί κάποιος να με βοηθήσει με αυτό;
