Ήθελα να κάνω κατάθεση από το spintornado και έκανα τραπεζικό έμβασμα στη MiFinity για να πραγματοποιήσει τη συναλλαγή στο spintornad. Ξαφνικά η τραπεζική μου κατάθεση από τον κεντρικό λογαριασμό MiFinity (στάνταρ) αφαιρέθηκαν ξαφνικά οι καταθέσεις μου. Ρώτησα τη MiFinity που τους έδωσε άδεια πρόσβασης στον προσωπικό μου λογαριασμό. Υπήρχε μόνο μία απάντηση, η συναλλαγή διεκπεραιώθηκε, αλλά δεν είχα πλέον καμία εξουσία στα χρήματά μου. Το MiFinity είναι σε σύγκρουση μαζί τους, αυτό λέω. Μόνο μετά από 3 εβδομάδες ο spintornado είπε υποστήριξη, θα το πίστευα στον Manuel, αλλά δεν φαίνεται στο ιστορικό καταθέσεων. Καμία απόδειξη γι' αυτό. Παίρνω επίσης 40 € από ένα καζίνο και 310 € από άλλο, μην το δείτε τίποτα, μείνετε μακριά! Διαφορετικά μείνε μακριά!! Το μότο μου MiFinity και αυτά τα καζίνο είναι σε σύγκρουση, θα σας πω

Τα χρήματα δεν έφτασαν ποτέ στον τυπικό λογαριασμό μου και εδώ είναι η προέλευση του τυπικού μου 846 στο τέλος. Τα χρήματα προσπάθησαν να εξαφανιστούν και έχω πολλά στοιχεία για αυτό. Μπορώ να τους δείξω τα email μου στο MiFinity, δεν θα πίστευαν αυτό για το οποίο τους κατηγορούσα και παρόλα αυτά έκλεισαν τον λογαριασμό μου στο MiFinity, γιατί;

Δεν τους άφησα ήσυχους και τους παρουσίασα ως κλέφτες και τους είπα να στείλουν τα χρήματά μου στην τράπεζα του σπιτιού μου και να κλείσουν τον λογαριασμό MiFinity με άμεση ισχύ, αλλά και πάλι δεν το έκαναν γιατί;

Γιατί είναι βρώμικη και την κυνήγησα. Αν θέλετε, μπορώ να σας στείλω τα email μου στο MiFinity, το οποίο φαίνεται τόσο αξιόπιστο

Δεν θα κάνω άλλα παράπονα γιατί δεν βοηθάει, κανένα αποτέλεσμα, κανείς δεν με ανάγκασε να κάνω κατάθεση σε διαδικτυακά καζίνο, που το 99% των περιπτώσεων δεν έχει καμία σχέση με απάτη, είτε έχω δίκιο είτε όχι, αυτό είναι μέχρι εσάς

Initially, your goal was to deposit money to Spintornado per Mifinity transfer - correct?

What happened then? I'm sorry but this is rather hard to decipher:

"Suddenly my bank deposit from MiFinity main account (standard) my deposits were suddenly taken away."

You know, I'm trying to figure out whether this problem is more related to the casino or to Mifinity services. I honestly can't tell for sure at the moment.

I see you mentioned you could not be helped, so I'd like to mention that we may be able to help you. To be certain, however, it would be best to understand this whole subject further.

Αντιμετωπίζω μεγάλα προβλήματα με την πληρωμή των κερδών μου, τα οποία περιορίστηκαν στα 500€. Περιμένω 10 μέρες τώρα. Πάντα όμως απαντάς στα email μου με την ίδια δικαιολογία ότι έχεις πολλές εκκρεμότητες και τώρα τις δουλεύεις. Ο λογαριασμός μου έχει επαληθευτεί, πήγε σχετικά ομαλά, αλλά τώρα ανησυχώ ότι δεν θα πάρω τα χρήματά μου.

I have same experience. I have waited my withdrawal now 2 weeks. Before that other 2 weeks. Of course we should read different reviews before we deposit in any casino. I have learnt that there is no any law against online casinos. Maybe mga casinos is quite trustful. And i have also learnt that gambler sites are more of casinos side than players side. Of course there are plenty of players who wall of everything and i understand why situation is what is it.

Hello, I see that you also have problems with the withdrawal. I would say that this casino is not the best choice with such a safety index, but I think you already know that. 

As for the fact that you think gambling sites are more likely to bow to the casino side, I wouldn't be so sure about that statement. We pride ourselves on a fair approach and are never biased one way or the other and try to look at everything fairly. 

However, to get back to your withdrawal, have you had problems with this casino before based on what you described and have you played here again even though you already knew that withdrawals take quite some time ? The casino also told you why it takes so long, i.e. what is the reason for it.

I have answered already to Kristina (i sent proof of discussion with spintornado). I can send again if needed. Still spintornado says same excuses for all players and doesnt pay. At least according different gamblers sites.

Then it's in order. I have spoken to her and so she will check again to make sure she got everything she needed and if there is anything she requires she will write to you in complaint thread. 

Anyway, what excuse does the casino use for taking so long to withdraw ? 

These sames: high volume of withdrawals or backlog in payments.

If it's still the same, I understand that you are nervous and worried about how it will all turn out. But the complaint is still open so we'll see where our team goes. 

Hopefully your case will eventually be resolved and you will get your money, even though it has been going on for quite a while.
