From my point of view, it will be best if you ask the complaint to be reopened and state the reason that the casino keeps ignoring you, so you have no chance to acquire the gaming history. Hence you ask us to contact the casino on your behalf.
I believe that your case is worth checking, and we are not fond of closing complaints without even trying to move forward.

Για περισσότερες από 15 μέρες προσπαθώ να αποσύρω ό,τι κέρδισα στο mega Casino ήταν 1800 δεν το πλήρωσαν μειώθηκε στα 1300 μετά από πολλούς καυγάδες μαζί τους στέλνοντας έγγραφα ξανά στον λογαριασμό που έστειλαν email λέγοντας ότι όλα ήταν εντάξει
Ότι τη Δευτέρα 27/02/2023 θα έπεφτε η ανάληψη στον λογαριασμό, δεν έπεσε τίποτα μετά είπαν ότι ο λογαριασμός ήταν λάθος και ότι πριν λίγες μέρες έστειλαν οι ίδιοι ένα email που έλεγαν ότι όλα ήταν εντάξει ότι η ανάληψη έγινε πρόοδος, έχω τα e-mail που θέλω να ειδοποιήσω το Mega Casino και τους ψεύτικους απατεώνες
τα email που μου έστειλαν από την υποστήριξη του mega Casino τώρα που έληξε η περίοδος των επτά ημερών που είπαν ότι η ανάληψη θα πιστωθεί στον λογαριασμό μου
Έστειλαν ένα άλλο email λέγοντας ότι ο λογαριασμός είναι λάθος, σαν να έμειναν περισσότερο από 15 ημέρες αργότερα, οι ίδιοι έστειλαν ένα email λέγοντας ότι όλα ήταν εντάξει γνώμη μου όλοι οι απατεώνες και η μόνη λέξη που έχω για να συνοψίσω αυτόν τον κακό χαρακτήρα του Καζίνο
