I'm sorry you chose the casino with such a bad reputation. I'd say that in this case, even a repeated answer is a good sign. You are not being ignored. Be persistent, this waiting period is unreasonably long, however, wait a bit and do not lose your winnings in the meantime.

Hi, I have been waiting for my €800 payout since January 5th. They say the same thing every time you contact them. It can take 7 to 21 days. Never had to wait that long at another casino for a payout.

Looks like they ran away with the money. This is the first time I see a casino with a rating of 0. Sadly there is nothing to do, all left is lessons learned the hard way I guess, really sad

I found out we actually have 21 casinos with the rating of 0 in our database, but it's possible you can't see all of them on our website. It all depends on your location 🙂

Wow, I didn't even know such rating was even possible until I saw this casino. And to no surprise many of them operate/operated from Curacao 😂
