O casino não me responde nem me apresenta nenhuma alternativa e o dinheiro do levantamento que falhou, não volta para a minha conta de casino. Tenho 1500 euros que 'desapareceram', pois, nem os recebi na minha conta jeton, nem estão na conta de casino. Aparece apenas o levantamento com o status 'falhado'.
Já não sei que fazer mais, visto que não consigo falar com nenhum operador e que já passou mais de uma semana.
