Γεια, είχα επίσης μια κακή εμπειρία.


Έπαιξα με το μπόνους και δεν με άφησαν να κάνω ανάληψη γιατί δεν είχα καταθέσει και δεν πειράζει.

Hello.

They didn't let you withdraw because you hadn't deposited, you say. Do you, by any chance, mean you didn't put the verification deposit? Is that right?

If so, you need to know that it is required to make this kind of deposit for the casino to be able to verify you, and without this, they really are not able to do so.

What reason did they give you for doing so, though? Bringing your balance to zero. 🤔 Was there any kind of violation of the terms, perhaps?

Could you provide a detailed explanation of all that happened, please, and maybe we would be able to help you out?

I play at Eternal Slots alot & have won many times - on free spins, on clean deposits & on match bonus deposits - and have received all payouts within 15 mins after my withdraw request! They allow players 10 freebies inna row, which i doubt you'll come across that anywhere else, but you can only withdraw from them one time! So say you played 5 freebies inna row & you vomplete the playthrough & request a withdraw on the 6th consecutive freebie, you might as well deposit after they pay you your win because the other 4 of the 10 freebies you have left. You cant withdraw from! It makes good casino sense to me, but at least they do give you 10 free shots to try to win $30 or $50, without having to deposit in between! I think thats awesome! As for their Sister Sites, Mr O & GOAT SPINS, they allow 5 freebies inna row that you can try to win with! And all 3 sites redeem codes for freebies the player finds on his own , as long as they aren't expired!!! I like Eternal Slots the best outta the 3! I say to those of you who are complaining about them to dig a little deeper into why you're having issues w/ them & maybe give em another shot! Good Day!

Don't have a clue what would make their Verification Software red flag you like that, but i'd sure wanna know, if i was you!

The only reason i even replied to your post is because i saw that you've been slottin online for 22+ years! I have also been playin online forever, since 2001, & i know you know the ins & outs of how it all works! To never been subjected to that kind of rejection before, that has to make you mad enough to decide the site is bullshit right from the get-go! I doubt i'd give them a second shot myself but i damn sure would wanna know how they came to puttin ya in the FRAUD column!!!

Hello,

I recieved a message from eternal slots that I should try their sister companies. There are 5 in total. They promoted a generous welcome bonus for each of a few hundred free spins (the number varied by platform) spread over 30 days. So between 15-30 per day. They also emailed each day to remind me.

I now have 2 issues with this in a week and a half.

1.Asgard slots- I got for a few hundred dollars after about a week. The amount was capped at $50 after a lengthy play through.

i submitted a withdrawal request, which claims to be super fast, completing an electronic verification in the process.

it was rejected for documentation. They requested it sent via email so I did. They kept sending the same email and wouldn’t respond to my questions in response… I had to go through the chat. This back and forth went on for 2 days- them rejecting, me trying to figure out what they wanted me to send ( they needed it as a pdf, they wanted an energy bill instead of bank statement, etc) I contacted support 8 times.

then, 2 days after they told me I had to make a deposit. And then they would approve the withdrawal. So I deposited 10$ ltc, not using any promos, and resubmitted.

as I was waiting, I played the $10 and hit a few times so it was now $100. Yay!

then…. They rejected it again. Telling me to that I had to request all of the balance. I contacted support to ask what happens to my winnings from the clean deposit- they told me I ‘was not allowed to play with the deposit (not in t&c or mentioned) in fact the t&c says all deposits must be wagered at least 1x. When I told support this they stopped responding. They want me to request 58$ and plan to remove the rest of the balance, which is not fair. So I haven’t requested the withdrawal again yet.


Orca slots- while all this was going on, I won through another sister company- Orca slots. Max $30. When I tried to withdraw that they said I had used more than 5 bonuses I. A row and they voided the winnings! It was only one promo. Spins each day for 30 days. When I asked support, they told me to make a deposit. I did, 10$ ltc again, and now support is saying they cannot give back the winnings.

they can’t possibly treat everyone this badly and still be in business. ???

Hello, to be honest with you, I guess it all depends on the specific bonus terms and conditions, as well as what the casino specifically claims based on the deposit, bonus, and game histories.

In my opinion, it is best to start with each casino separately. Feel free to post screenshots of the explanations provided by each casino in separate threads. Then we can try to determine whether filing a complaint will help.

Can you do that, please?
