I shall start that process now and hope for the best - unsure though as 47 transactions overall and no idea what to submit them as so will speak to the bank and see if they can assist but not holding out much hope as they don't like touching gambling transactions..

Ahh well that was a short lived venture. Starling say thanks for being honest however due to nature of the transactions and the fact you received a service, charge backs wouldn't be viable..

They have also said to me today that's there final decision however when I spoke to someone on the phone the other night she was totally on my side and said to call back on Monday after giving all the merchants time to respond. I'm definitely going to dispute again.

I haven't managed to find any of the merchants and doubt they'd refund anyway. Will maybe speak to Starling again but not holding out much hope! I hope you have better luck than me!🤞🏼

Damn that’s so long lol. I have recently just won a case after making a complaint here against Jokabet who is their sister site. They’re taking so long "processing" the refund

Have you emailed all the casinos you used asking for refunds? they also might be able to help with the merchants.

Yeah lol crazy isn’t it. Funny enough started my complaint mid December they denied refund for over a month until my guy michal started saying if it wasn’t solved it would impact their rating lol. This could’ve been solved ages ago… I almost want to push for compensation lmao I know that’s taking the piss tho

That’s pretty good, I’m getting 100% of my deposits back they should definitely have given you all your deposits back.


By their own terms players from Uk cannot deposit or play real money on their casinos 😉
