Others may know more but that seems like they will send a new card not close account. Also it’s irrelevant that it was made via 3D as you are claiming goods not received, not claiming fraud.

Now i'm off to work, but i'll do it later. Some of the transactions are marked as money services, ewallet. I have no clue how to raise a dispute for those. I was thinking if they will terminate the card, there's no way to get the refund for the transaction. Last night (after 30 hours from my initial email), mobilumpay messaged me asking for bank statements, card number (first 6 and last 4 digits) and email associated to my account. Transaction date: Aug 2023 - May 2024.

They have to do that it is part of the process if they think payments are suspicious just open a new bank if you think its required it is easy now but they cannot just close things off

Also if they send a new card/change card details the refund will still apply.

received this morning. What everyone think? I’m gonna try go direct and not bank transaction. I believe I would have to go down the MCC route on this due to gambling. How would chase be if a said I had a lapse in gambling on this dispute and had the gambling block on?

Chase will flat out reject anything on gambling or MCC usage regardless of blocks in place. You would have to complain then go FOS and no guarantee they overturn it, they have sided with both banks and customers so it’s 50/50. Only way to chargeback on Chase is goods not received

Elegro is crypto? If so tell Chase crypto not received only way they do anything mate.

I got all chargebacks refunded Elegro with the bank

CSS - Sounds like it would be as you just tell Chase they are non contactable as the details don’t match etc.

Finnart - They 100% will go quiet now, they refunded me 1 out of 6 directly then Chase chargeback the others, Finnart apparently didn’t challenge/said they won’t challenge so after 45 days, day 46 the remainder was refunded.

Finnart is digital art so just tell Chase you paid then you didn’t get sent anything, you don’t have transaction details as after paying the screen said you will receive it today (date of transaction). Finnart date of delivery in terms also states within minutes check webpage send Chase terms of Finnart if required as they usually say what the delivery date is.

Also do the GDPR check my previous notes you should win the Finnart one either via a direct refund or via chargeback.

Hi guys I have a situation with bank called "Zing"


they claim when I spoke to their live chat they block gambling transactions automatically and gambling is blocked for everyone who banks with them.


Obviously my payments went down as Mastertools so it doesn’t look like gambling even though I explained to them it was and they aren’t willing to help

where to go now?

Yes - the casinos don’t really have much input as the chargeback is vs merchant. Goldenbet and Donbet won’t refund directly, so just concentrate on merchants.

Bank transfers don’t fall under chargeback but check the new rules that came in around October last year for bank transfers refund if a scam so if they were after this date see if bank will refund based on being promised items but under a scam that’s bank transfers.

Then any debit/credit read back the previous posts to see what route you want to take I.e MCC or goods not received.

Also noting if your bank is Mastercard I wouldn’t mention gambling at all and would just do goods not received, however my advice is just that please do whatever route you think is best.
