Στη συνέχεια, η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μου πιστώθηκε με άλλες 100 δωρεάν περιστροφές. Κέρδισα 17 ευρώ και έφυγαν. Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών είπε ότι θα το προωθήσουν στο αρμόδιο τμήμα. Στη συνέχεια κατέθεσα ξανά και έλαβα ξανά 100 δωρεάν περιστροφές. Άλλο ένα μπόνους 50 ευρώ. Δεν ήταν δυνατή η ενεργοποίηση και των δύο. Μετά από άλλη κατάθεση το ίδιο παιχνίδι. Τώρα έχω 200 δωρεάν περιστροφές και 86 ευρώ μπόνους. Δεν είναι δυνατή η ενεργοποίηση και των δύο. η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών δίνει πάντα μόνο τυπικές απαντήσεις που τις διαβιβάζει στο αρμόδιο τμήμα. Στη συνέχεια τους έγραψα να μου επιστρέψουν τα στοιχήματά μου και μετά μπορούν να κρατήσουν τα μπόνους τους. Πάντα η ίδια απάντηση. θα έπρεπε να κάνω υπομονή. Το πέρασαν.

Hi, I'm sorry you're in this situation. I see that support just wrote back to you to say that they have referred it to the appropriate department, which should sort it out. It seems strange to me, but until the casino gives a reasonable explanation, we can only guess what's going on.

I was considering trying out this casino but I was concerned about the max win per spin referred to on Casino.Guru.

I was going to deposit and play here. I checked all the games and the RTP is all on the lowest setting.

Sadly for them, I will not be depositing. There is no reason for an online casino to be on low RTP models
