Περιμένω τις εκκρεμείς πληρωμές μου για πάνω από μια εβδομάδα τώρα. Έχω ήδη βάλει πολλές χιλιάδες ευρώ σε αυτό.
Μου ζητήθηκαν πολλές φορές προσωπικά έγγραφα (ταυτότητα, άδεια παραμονής, αποδεικτικό διεύθυνσης, εκκαθαριστικά λογαριασμών, τραπεζικά εκκαθαριστικά κ.λπ.) τα υπέβαλα με επιτυχία. Τώρα θέλουν όλο και περισσότερα τραπεζικά αντίγραφα και αυτό επηρεάζει πραγματικά το απόρρητό μου. Μπορείς να με βοηθήσεις.

These checks are very important and also demanded by the law so the casino just has to confirm it's really you who deposited and who is going to be paid. It can be time-consuming from time to time.
It may be that you previously provided the statement much older than allowed or used the wrong file format, so the casino asks for additional statements.

I made deposits faithfully almost daily for over a year+ I had 2 small cash outs that's it. Yes this is gambling we get it but this is clearly a scam site the ratio is suppose to be alot higher then 5% come on now. I played different games I played small bets big bets and everything in between and won absolutely nothing to brag over. In total I lost over $7000 easily if not more and had no more then 2 wins one of $300 and one of $800. It took over a year of playing to even get a win. Now that's what you call FRAUD!!!
What can I say? I would ask the casino about the extremely bad luck you got, and then move to another casino.
