Γεια, κατέθεσα 10 € μέσω JetonWallet για το μπόνους καλωσορίσματος στο Betssen Casino στις 03/06/23, αλλά δεν πιστώθηκε, επομένως επικοινώνησα απευθείας με την υπηρεσία συνομιλίας και τους εξήγησα το πρόβλημα του μπόνους χωρίς να αρχίσω να παίζω με τα 10 € πραγματικά μου χρήματα ... αν και είναι της γνώμης ότι έπρεπε να πατήσω το κατάλληλο κουμπί μπόνους πριν από την κατάθεση, αν και έχω ήδη μάθει από το CasinoGuru ότι ούτε ο κωδικός μπόνους ούτε η επιλογή κατάθεσης πρέπει να επιβεβαιωθούν πριν από την κατάθεση. Υπήρχε μόνο μια επιλογή επιστροφής μετρητών 10% πριν από την κατάθεση για επιβεβαίωση, αλλά στη συνέχεια μόνο για τους καταθέτες Sticpay και Netteler. Το έκανα ένα στιγμιότυπο στον λογαριασμό παίκτη μου και το έστειλα στην υπηρεσία συνομιλίας, αλλά λαμβάνω μια ηλίθια απάντηση ότι έπρεπε να το είχα κάνει κλικ για το μπόνους καλωσορίσματος.. και ότι αναδρομικά τίποτα δεν είναι δυνατό πια. Πριν υποβάλω μια καταγγελία, ήθελα να ακολουθήσω αυτό το μονοπάτι

10th July - casino available for ukrainian players. Won there ~1,4k USDT out of ~270 USD deposit through CRYPTO.

11th July - casino blocked my account and decided to refund deposit only (their RISK MANAGEMENT team)

12th July - casino says that they don't allow ukrainian players to play in their casino.

Imagine what would happen with guy, who won in 10 times more. Do not recommend to anyone. They are just ripping of their players. Especially from poor countries.

And additionally, now they claim the only thing they can actually do is to refund the deposit (or deposits) because players from your country are not accepted anymore. In the meantime, no chance to pass the KYC for you...

If the management plans to restrict a certain country, some measures need to be taken first. I would start with verifying players affected by the restriction to ensure they will get the balance previously gained by actually applicable conditions...

they had informed due to the management team it was closed and no evidence provided and they had given some terms and conditions which I was asked to provide some evidence but nothing given
