Very fast limited account... and if you get limited they will hold you money till end of the word :) i will update my review if something will change.

Abusive rules are forbidden in normal law order, bookies often use this kind abusive rules to not pay you money. And bet-boom is one of them

I can understand that you probably feel tricked, but it's quite normal that verification took even a few weeks. You did not post the casino reply in its original form, but I feel that those 180 days is a total maximum.

yes i did... and they withdraw my money until now... you know what is abusive rules? 🙂 Abusive rules are not legal... i can lost my money i dont care but maybe other people think twice before they will deposit money 🙂 i know law very good 😉 now everybody know about abuse rules used by bet-boom to not pay money in normal period time 🙂

I still think that it's normal that every time you raise some issue or ticket, you'll get some estimated time until the result or further update should be made.

This is not abuse, this is standard procedure 🙂. Another thing would be if the casinos tried to stall the process, but at the moment there is no evidence that this is actually happening.

We will learn more through the complaint. I hope it will take less time of course.

I checked the complaint, and have no clue what caused the delay, as the casino stated they would not explain, but I'm quite sure that the delay was caused by some additional check, the casino representative mentioned rule no 11.3 "In case of detection of a fraudulent game scheme or incorrect actions that were committed in order to receive a win by fraudulent means..."

I guess that some sort of delay can be acceptable for such a check, though I understand how it may seem. 🙂
