Okay let's take it slow and the explanation is important. So you're saying you didn't get an answer from the casino, yes ? Do you mention any request for withdrawal, what does that have to do with it please ? Did you make a withdrawal and then the casino blocked you? You also say you didn't get a clear statement, but did they at least tell you something?

Actually this is Fully wkyc casino here is no need of verification as per casino and also I am not asked to do kyc they say your account is under inspection for checking under suspicious activity but the duration of checking given by casino is crossed and still my withdrawal is pending
