Έκανα εγγραφή στην πλατφόρμα roonga boonga πριν από λίγο καιρό, έκανα αρκετές καταθέσεις για να παίξω, όταν τελικά κέρδισα μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να κάνω καταθέσεις για να επιταχύνω την ανάληψη ...αλλά τίποτα δεν πέφτει ποτέ στον λογαριασμό μου ...αυτό το παιχνίδι είναι σκέτη εξαπάτηση. Same complaint...the support team sees to be non-existent. I had to playthrough exorbitant amounts twice because they arbitrarily attached another bonus to my account, of which I was unaware while spinning off the excess amount that I wasn't eligible to win.

So, while I was spinning, thinking I'm just playing down the excess to get to the $75 for which I was eligible...$50 plus $25 Verification deposit, a bonus had been attached, causing another $3,600 playthrough amount. Unbelievably, I played through and was able to submit a withdrawal request.

I've been emailing and instant chat messaging for over a week with no reply.

Here is the funny part in the whole story. As it tells me that they didnt even once look at my account to truly say where that $10 verification process was paid. Because they would have seen i actually deposited 11 instead of 10. Had they looked at my account they would have seen that. But sadly you will be surprised how many online casinos do this to their customers. To being told "Well that’s for a depositing customers only you need to make a deposit first." Well then why put no deposit required on the coupon if you actually do have to deposit. To not receiving a no code needed just make your first deposit and you will receive this bonus. That their system told me was still available to me and why I made my deposit there to begin with. Only to not receive it because 10 hours prior I used a free spin coupon that i received free spins from that it made me no longer available to me. But nothing in their terms stated using a code would cancel out the no code needed just make your first deposit bonus.
