Καλημέρα, χρησιμοποίησα το σωστό μύτη, πάντα έστελνα το μύτη μου σωστά, ο λογαριασμός μου είχε επαληθευτεί με τη σωστή μύτη. Έχω τα email που στέλνουν τα έγγραφα με την μύτη μου, δεν ξέρω αν ήταν λάθος ή αν ήταν το ίδιο το καζίνο, για να μην πληρώσω, άλλαξε την μύτη του λογαριασμού και εμφανίστηκε λάθος μύτη στον ιστότοπο, αλλά καθώς έδειχνε μόνο τους πρώτους αριθμούς που δεν ξέρω αμέσως, αλλά ενήργησαν κακόπιστα, υπήρχαν 900 ευρώ στον λογαριασμό και υπήρχε λάθος αλλά όχι από μέρους μου καθώς πάντα έδινα τα έγγραφα σωστά και προσπαθούσα να Εξηγήστε ότι δεν είχα δώσει ποτέ λάθος αυτή τη μύτη, καθώς αυτό θα με έκανε να μείνω χωρίς χρήματα. Ο λογαριασμός μου αφού έστειλα το nib επαληθεύτηκε, έκανα ανάληψη, αλλά προφανώς δεν ξέρω πώς εμφανίστηκε αυτός ο αριθμός λογαριασμού, καθώς δεν τον έβαλα εκεί, θα μπορούσε να ήταν σφάλμα ή δεν ήταν το ίδιο το καζίνο πληρώνοντας, ο ΙΙ δεν χρησιμοποιούσε αριθμό που δεν είναι δικός μου και λένε ότι έστειλαν 250 ευρώ σε αυτόν τον λογαριασμό, αλλά είναι τόσο αυστηροί γιατί έστειλαν χρήματα σε αυτόν τον λογαριασμό, όταν τα έγγραφά μου είχαν επαληθευτεί με τη σωστή μύτη μου .

Eu tenho os e-mail a enviar os documentos com o meu nib, não sei se por erro ou se foi o próprio casino para não pagar que alterou o nib da conta e no site aparecia um nib errado, mas como estava só a aparecer os primeiros números eu não sei logo conta, mas eles agiram de má fé, tinha 900 euros na conta e existiu um erro mas não da minha parte que sempre dei os documentos direito e tentei explicar que nunca havia darão aquele nib errado, pois isso só me faria ficar sem o dinheiro. A minha conta após eu enviar o nib ficou verificada, eu fiz um saque, mas ao que parece não sei como apareceu aquele número de conta, pois eu não o coloquei lá, pode ter sido erro ou foi o próprio casino para não pagar, eu não ia por um número que não é meu, além disso eles dizem ter enviado para essa conta 250 euros, mas se ao tão rigorosos porque enviaram dinheiro para essa conta, quando os meus documentos tinham sido verificados com o meu nib correto.
Eu nunca lhes forneci documentos e nem coloquei no site outro nib que não o meu nib correto, tentei explicar que devia ser erro e que aquela conta não era a minha e eles encerraram a minha conta com os restantes 900 euros que ainda estavam na conta.
