Γράφω εδώ στην Πύλη Παραπόνων επειδή η Casibom δεν μου έχει απαντήσει με κανένα διαθέσιμο μέσο και δεν ξέρω ποιος μπορεί να με βοηθήσει με αυτό το ζήτημα. Δεν μπορώ καν να έχω πρόσβαση στο LiveChat με το email μου. Πρέπει να χρησιμοποιήσω διαφορετικό για να λάβω βοήθεια, διαφορετικά μπλοκάρουν τη συνομιλία.

I am writing here on the Complaint Portal because Casibom has not responded to me through any available means, and I don't know who can help me with this issue. I can't even access the LiveChat with my email; I have to use a different one to get assistance, otherwise they block the conversation.
I currently have a balance of €1036, from which I requested a withdrawal of €100 via Skrill (the maximum they are allowing). They marked the withdrawal as processed, but I haven't received anything in my Skrill account.
It has been weeks without any response to my emails, and they block me from accessing the chat.
I am asking for your assistance in trying to get what is rightfully mine. They won't respond to me at all. I want my €100, as well as the remaining €936 paid through Skrill or bank transfer as soon as possible. Começo por explicar que escrevo aqui no Portal da Queixa pois a Casibom não me responde em nenhuma das vias disponíveis e já não sei quem me pode suportar nesta questão. Nem consigo aceder ao LiveChat com o meu e-mail , tenho que inserir outro para me atenderem, caso contrario bloqueiam a conversa.
Tenho atualmente um saldo de 1036€, no qual fiz um pedido de levantamento de 100€ via Skrill (o máximo que estão a deixar fazer). Deram o levantamento como processado, mas não recebi nada na minha conta Skrill.
Há semanas que não me respondem a e-mails, e bloqueiam-me no chat para não conseguir aceder ao chat.
Peço-vos a vossa ajuda na tentativa de obter o que é meu. Eles não me respondem por nada. Quero os meus 100€, assim como os 936€ restantes pagos por Skrill ou transferência bancária o mais rápido possível. Perdi todas as esperanças que tinha em resolver a bem a situação com esta casa de apostas que está, sem dúvida alguma, a tentar burlar-me.
