Hello, I am writing to you because I played at Boomerang Bet and had an amount of €4,000. After sending an email to Boomerang, my account was blocked, as I had already lost some of the €4,000. I have been in email contact with Boomerang ever since regarding a payout of my money. First I had to write to them for two weeks and always received the same message about what will happen to my money and how much money is left in the account. Then I was told that in order to request a refund I have to submit an application stating why the casino should pay it out. Since then I have only been in contact and always get the same message. Your case is being processed by the responsible department. I have received this sentence 50+ times in the last three weeks. Just a bit of background. I won €4,000 and waited two weeks for my account to be verified. It wasn't them who donated extra time, that's their tactic so that people lose their money, so that in the end I lost a lot again. There is still money in the account and I don't know Bommerang, which is a manipulative and dubious company. They must have taken a total of €1000 from me and paid me nothing even though I had won a lot. Now back to the case. Today I replied to the email again and then I got the reply: thank you that we were able to solve your case. We thank you for being our customer. Now I am contacting you with this. I would like the rest of my money in the account, I am actually entitled to €4000 because this company is fraudulent and dubious and would not have paid out the money I had anyway. But I want my money back and they are just making a fool of me in their emails and will never give me anything.

Hallo ich Schreibe ihnen da ich bei Boomerang bet gespielt und einen Betrag von 4000€ hatte nach einer Email an Boomerang wurde mein Konto gesperrt, da hatte ich auch schon Geld verspielt von den 4000. Seitje stehe ich im email Kontakt mit bommerang wo es darum geht mir mein Geld auszuzahlen. Erst einmal musste ich 2 Wochen lang mit ihnen schreiben und immer die selbe Nachricht Erhalten was jetzt mit meinem Geld und wieviel Geld noch übrig auf dem Konto ist . Dann wird mir gesagt um eine Rückerstattung zu Beantragen muss ich einen Antrag wo steht warum das Casino es leisten sollte . Seitdem stehe ich nur im Kontakt und kriege immer die selbe Nachricht. Ihr fall wird von der zuständigen Abteilung bearbeitet. Diesen Satz habe ich in den letzten 3 Wochen 50+ mal geschickt bekommen. Nur erstmal zur Vorgeschichte. Ich habe 4000€ gewonnen und habe 2 Wochen lang gewartet das mein Konto verifiziert wird . Es wurde nicht sie haben extra Zeit gespendet, das ist deren Taktik damit die Leute das Geld verspielen, so das ich am Ende viel verloren hatte wieder . Nun auf dem Konto sind aber noch Gelder drauf und Bommerang welche eine Manipulative und unseriöse Firma ist mir nicht gibt . Sie haben bestimmt 1000€ insgesamt von mir kassiert , ausgezahlt obwohl ich viel gewonnen wurde mir gar nichts . Nun zurück zu dem Fall . Heute habe ich wieder auf die Email geantwortet dann kam die Antwort , danke das wir ihren Fall lösen konnten. Wir danke ihnen das sie unsere Kunde waren. Nun melde ich mich damit an sie . Ich möchte mein übriges Geld auf dem Konto haben , eigentlich stehen mir 4000€ zu weil diese Firma Betrug und unseriös ist und das Geld eh nicht ausgezahlt hätte was ich hatte . Aber ich möchte mein Geld zurück und mich verarschen sie im email verkehr nur und werden mir nie etwas geben .

They asked me to submit a request, and every time I worded it incorrectly, they replied by email: If they want a refund, which means if Boomerang pays out the balance, I have to give them a reason why. I did that, and now I've been waiting for a reply for about two weeks. Three days ago, I asked what was going on, and they told me to wait until I got a reply from the specialist department.

I think it's all a huge scam and the behavior is unbelievable. I've also found out that almost every casino is from the same company, just with a different design, and the way they work is a huge scam. As I said, I started with €4,000 and waited for days and weeks for something to come along, just like now, and then after a long time I lost most of it again (it was all a tactic). Now I'm still waiting for the promised payout of the remaining balance. But I think it's all a huge scam. This company are fraudsters (in my opinion it's the Cyprus Mafia or some other type of thing) and they're scamming me and I'm getting my money back, and I've never seen the full amount. I'll wait and see what happens next, but I don't think anything will. They know how it works with them. I've found other casinos now.
