Θα ήθελα να κάνω έκκληση στην καλή αίσθηση του Roku Casino και να ζητήσω την επιστροφή των κατατεθειμένων ποσών, δεδομένου ότι δεν έπρεπε να μου επιτραπεί να εγγραφώ χρησιμοποιώντας τα ίδια στοιχεία που είχαν ήδη οδηγήσει στον αυτο-αποκλεισμό μου στη BetTilt… (και τα δύο τα καζίνο ανήκουν στην Abudantia BV). Είμαι ψυχαναγκαστικός τζογαδόρος υψηλού κινδύνου, με ιατρική διάγνωση εθισμού στον τζόγο και είμαι αυτο-αποκλεισμένος σε εθνικό επίπεδο, αλλά δεν μπορώ να προστατευτώ από παράνομα καζίνο όπως το δικό σας. Είχα ζητήσει στο παρελθόν βοήθεια και να σταματήσετε να μου επιτρέπετε να παίζω στις εγκαταστάσεις σας. Αν σου απομένει καθόλου ευπρέπεια, επέστρεψε τις καταθέσεις και μην εκμεταλλευτείς άρρωστους που δεν μπορούν να ξεφύγουν γιατί είσαι παράνομος, δεν έχω προστασία και διαφημίζεις παντού... απέτυχες στην προστασία παικτών, όλα τα δεδομένα μου ήταν στη βάση δεδομένων σας. Μου επιτρέψατε να στοιχηματίσω πάνω από 4000 ευρώ μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά, κάτι που δεν επιτρέπεται καν στην Πορτογαλία χωρίς επαλήθευση ταυτότητας. Συμπερασματικά, με άφησες να φτιάξω λογαριασμό και να παίξω μέχρι να καταστραφώ τελείως... και ο βοηθός σου είπε κιόλας σαρκαστικά στο chat ότι τα 4500€ δεν είναι 20000€ ή 30000€ και ότι υπερέβαλα! Εκτός από το ότι δεν προστατεύουν τους εθισμένους παίκτες και τους εκμεταλλεύονται, οι ατζέντες σας είναι αγενείς και κοροϊδεύουν τους ανθρώπους. Μου φέρθηκαν εξαιρετικά άσχημα εκεί που ο πράκτορας αντιμετώπισε και με έκρινε αρκετές φορές κατά τη διάρκεια της συνομιλίας, βγαίνοντας από το σενάριο και δίνοντας απαντήσεις που ειλικρινά δεν έπρεπε να έχει. Μάλιστα, συχνά αντί να προσπαθήσει να ηρεμήσει την κατάσταση, απλώς την κλιμάκωσε... και μάλιστα μου πρόσφερε υπηρεσίες VIP club, τις οποίες αργότερα ακολούθησε με ένα μήνυμα που έλεγε ότι δεν ήταν πλέον δυνατό. Ο Roku και η Abundantia NV είναι γύπες που δεν σέβονται την ανθρώπινη ζωή.

Θα ήθελα κάποιος από την ομάδα της RokuBet ή της BetTilt να απαντήσει επίσημα εδώ. .. ή κάποιος από την ομάδα συμμόρφωσης... Πρώτα, οι υπάλληλοι είπαν ψέματα και προσπάθησαν να με εξαπατήσουν λέγοντας ότι η BetTilt και η Roku δεν είναι το ίδιο σπίτι... όταν είναι ακριβώς από την ίδια ομάδα και εταιρεία... και εγώ είχε ήδη αποκλειστεί από την BetTilt με ακριβώς το ίδιο email και αριθμό επικοινωνίας. Gostaria de apelar ao bom senso do casino Roku e pedir que procedam á devolução dos valores depositados, visto que nem me podiam deixar inscrever sequer com os mesmos dados que já estava auto excluído na BetTilt… (ambos casinos da Abudantia B.V.) sou um jogador de alto risco compulsivo, com diagnóstico médico de ludopatia, estou auto-excluído a nível nacional mas não me consigo proteger de casinos ilegais como o vosso. Já tinha pedido ajuda e que não me deixasse jogar mais nas vossas casas, aliás, a minha conta da Bettilt, mesma empresa, e número de registo que o vosso a minha conta está banida mesmo por ter implorado por ajuda. No entanto aqui deixaram-me depositar por mbway praticamente 4500€ seguidos, não impuseram limites e continuaram a alimentar o vício com propostas de bónus e clubes VIPs. Visto ter pedido auto-exclusão na BetTilt e nas casas da Abundantia N.V, após me registar com o mesmo número, o mesmo email e a até usar a mesma conta bancária e dar até o meu cartão de cidadão.. deveriam me ter impendido.. onde está o KYC e a proteção ao jogador?! Pelo que percebi até uma criança pode jogar no vosso site. Irei expor esta situação á vossa entidade reguladora em Curaçau. A vossa política de proteção ao jogador falhou. A empresa é exatamente a mesma, se pedi ajuda na altura era para não conseguir jogar mais.. agora tive uma recaída enorme por vossa causa. E os emails a incentivar são constantes. Pelo que me estive a informar, tratando-se da mesma empresa, o mesmo número de registo e licença, obrigatoriamente não me poderiam ter deixado jogar, ou sequer ter criado outra conta, visto estar auto-excluído a nível nacional e até mundial de maior parte dos agentes reguladores. Se vos resta um pingo de decência devolvam os depósitos e não se aproveitem de pessoas doentes que não conseguem fugir pq vocês são ilegais não tenho proteção e fazem publicidade em todo o lado.. falharam na proteção ao jogador, todos os meus dados estavam na vossa base de dados. Deixaram-me apostar mais de 4000€ seguidos no espaço de minutos, que nem sequer é permitido em Portugal sem uma verificação de identidade. Conclusão, deixaram-me criar conta e jogar até me arruinar por completo.. e o vosso assistente ainda em "tom de gozo " no chat disse que 4500€ não são são 20000€ ou 30000€ que eu estava a exagerar ! Além de não protegerem jogadores viciados e aproveitarem se deles, os vossos agentes são mal educados e gozam com a cara das pessoas. Fui extremamente mal atendido onde o agente me confrontou e julgou várias vezes na conversa.. saindo do tom e dando respostas que sinceramente não lhe competiam. Aliás, muitas vezes em vez de tentar acalmar a situação só escalou.. e ainda me ofereceu serviços de club VIP. No qual depois mandou msg a dizer que. Já não era possível. A Roku e a Abundantia N.V são "abutres" que não têm respeito pela vida humana.
UPDATE : O caso está entregue á entidade reguladora e andam a empatar-me há mais de 2 semanas! Não sei se é verdade ou não pois tanto a Roku como a BetTilt respondem apenas que o caso está entregue á Antillephone NV , Certia Gaming Licences… gostaria que alguém da equipa da RokuBet ou BetTilt respondesse aqui oficialmente.. ou alguém da equipa de compliance.. Primeiro os funcionários mentiram e tentaram me enganar dizendo que a BetTilt é a Roku não são a mesma casa.. quando são exatamente do mesmo grupo e empresa… e eu já estava auto excluído da BetTilt com exatamente o mesmo email e número de contacto . Gostaria do caso resolvido e da devolução dos mais de 4500€
