Good morning, since May 30th I've been trying to withdraw the amount without success, they respond without giving explanations stating 'withdrawal canceled.'

Today they told me that the withdrawals from 5/31 were canceled. I checked the history where the withdrawal appears as paid,

and my deposit account shows 0
