Έλαβα ένα email χθες που έλεγε ότι όλα είχαν ήδη ελεγχθεί και τώρα πήγα να συνομιλήσω για να ρωτήσω γιατί η κατάσταση ανάληψης δεν είχε ξεπεράσει το "εκκρεμεί" και με ενημέρωσαν ότι χρειάζονταν άλλο έγγραφο. Αυτό είναι μόνο για να καθυστερήσει η απόσυρση!
Ανέβασα τον λογαριασμό skrill, ανέβασα μια δήλωση με IBAN και αντίστοιχα στοιχεία.
Σήμερα μου ζητούν δήλωση με ΟΡΑΤΕΣ ΣΥΝΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ!
Η υποστήριξη λέει "πρέπει να περιμένετε", κάποιοι λένε ότι διαρκεί έως και 24 ώρες και εσείς μου λέτε ότι διαρκεί έως και 14 ημέρες;
Αυτό είναι απαράδεκτο. Κακό καζίνο! Ζητώ να επιλυθεί γρήγορα η κατάστασή μου

Recebi ontem um email a dizer que tinha tudo verificado já, e agora fui ao chat questionar porque não tinha passado de "pendente" o estado da retirada e informam me que precisam de mais um documento. Isto é só para atrasar a retirada!

O suporto diz "tem de aguardar" , uns dizem que demora até 24h e você diz me que demora até 14 dias?
Isto é inadmissível. Péssimo casino! Solicito que seja resolvida a minha situação rapidamente
